Happy, Happy, Happy (John Luke, Duck Dynasty)

Chapter 3

*Madi’s POV*

 

The walk over toward Miss Kays went by super fast, and before I knew it I was standing in front of the door as my mom knocked. Of course John Luke answered the door and greeted my brother with a man hug, my mom with a hug, and of course he had to hug me.

 

John Luke lead us inside to introduce us to everyone he began by pointing out Mamaw Kay and Papaw Phil. (Of course I knew everyone because I was obsessed with Duck Dynasty). He then went on to introduce us to Willie, Si, Jase and Jep. There was one girl in the room that I didn’t know. Luckily John Luke introduced her by saying “Lastly, this is my beautiful girlfriend Emily!”

 

My mouth immediately dropped and before I knew it John Luke was looking at me sorrily.

 

“I’m going to step out to get some fresh air.” I basically announced to everyone. Just as I left out the door I saw John Lukes arm slip from around Emily’s waist and head away from her.

 

As soon as I got outside the door I sat down onto the stairs just to hear the door open again. I knew it was John Luke so I didn’t turn around. But when a women like figure sat in front of me I got confused. I looked up to see John Lukes sister Sadie.

 

“Hii sweetheart, what’s wrong?” Sadie asked me .

 

“Oh nothing.” I replied coldly.

 

“I know something is bothering you, trust me you can talk to me.”

 

“Ok, well I kind of… maybe.. think your brother is veryy attractive. And I didn’t know that he had a girlfriend and for some odd reason it got me upset.”

 

“That is no reason to be upset! You are a gorgeous girl and if you and JL don’t work out you will find someone else, I promise!”

 

We both got up and she gave me a hug and we walked back inside to realize everyone was sitting at the table waiting for us. Of course the only seat available was between Brantley and John Luke, I just remembered that Sadie said that I was gorgeous so I just sat down confidently. Once we were done eating Emily had to go so John Luke said goodbye to her without even hugging or kissing her.

 

Once John Luke joined us again my mom announced “Why don’t you guys go back to our house and watch a movie at our house?”

 

We all agreed and Me, Brantley, John Luke, Sadie, Reed, and Cole headed across the street toward our house.

 

As soon as we got in our house everybody headed toward the movie room but I had to go to the bathroom so I excused myself and headed up to the bathroom in my room.

 

After doing my buisness I headed toward the movie room to find that the only seat open was next to John Luke, in the back. All by ourself.. I just walked over to the seat and sat down looking as confident as ever. Once I was seated I looked to the screen to see what movie we were watching. And of course with my luck it was Paranormal Activity. I cannot handle scary movies!

 

*John Luke POV*

 

Brantley had told all of us that Madi was terrified of scary movies, just my luck. I smiled like an idiot and headed to the back row and sat all by myself. Sadie was sat in front of me next to Brantley, when she turned around and said “I know exactly what you are doing.”

 

“Shut up!” I whispered/yelled to my sister.

 

Just as she laughed at me the door opened and in walked the beautiful Madi. She looked around for an empty seat and began to blush when she looked into my eyes and realized that the only empty seat was next to me.

 

She began walking over toward me and sat next to me but when she looked up to the screen and saw Paranormal Activity written across it she hid her face.

 

I looked over to her and asked “What’s wrong babe?” she blushed at the word babe.

 

“Oh I am just not a huge fan of scary movies. At all.”

 

“Don’t worry, I’m right here” I smiled at her and wrapped my arm around her. Emily’s name and face was constantly in the back of my head but everytime I thought about Madi she made me more happy then Emily.

She was a little awkward in my arms but after the first scary part she hid her face into me and nuzzled into my chest.

 

*Madi’s POV*

 

God he smelt good! He had a smell that I couldn’t even began to describe. Since he smelt so good and his arm was around me I just stayed super close to him and I soon realized how tired I was.

 

We stayed super close together when I felt him pull my legs onto his lap. I immediately looked up at his eyes never realizing how beautiful they were. We were in an intense stare when he left my eyes and looked down at my lips and began leaning forward.

 

Our lips locked and molded perfectly together and before I knew it he was licking my bottom lick and I was full on straddling him. We were fighting for dominance while I had my hands wrapped around his neck while my fingers played with his hair. I became suddenly confident so I began grinding my hips against him only to hear him moan. He tried to pull me closer but I woke up.

 

I just had a fucking dream about full on making out with John Luke.

 

I looked over at him and he was asleep too and then I looked at the screen and realized the movie was over. Everyone in the room was asleep so I just cuddled up against John Luke again and fell asleep again.
