Chapter one: A new Member

Zeb was sitting with Sabine playing with her in the commons when Hera and Kanan walked in, but the strange thing was Hera was holding a little boy with blue hair and an orange outfit. Sabine looked at the boy strangely and then looked up at Zeb again. "Who's the kid and what's he doing with you guys?" He demanded as Hera smiled at him. "Zeb, this is your new brother Ezra, we found him while we were finishing up the mission fulcrum had gave me and Kanan. We figured he'd make a nice addition to the crew." She explained happily as Sabine stared at the boy questioning and carefully observing him while she sat in Zeb's lap, she obviously was curious about having a new friend while Zeb was not pleased with the news Hera had just told him. "Seriously Hera?! But there's no room with Sabine's nursery! Where's the kid going to sleep?" He asked crossing his arms. "He's sleeping in your cabin with you in a crib next to your bed, and no complaints whatsoever." She added as his anger started to grow. He sighed and shook his head in disbelief. "Come on Zeb it won't be that bad, you'll just have to get used to it." Kanan smiles as Hera walks towards the door. "I'm going to go put Ezra in his crib, if you want to complain more do it in front of Kanan, I'm tired of your complaints Zeb." She sighed walking out. "Hera's got a p- Hey! Hera, that wasn't even funny!" Kanan yells as he hears laughing in the hallway. "Sneaky Twi'lek, here Zeb hand me Sabine and I'll let her go see Ezra." He smirks as Zeb gives the small mandolorian to him. Sabine notices kanan's smile while he picks her up and giggles, that girl sure did love Kanan. Just as he heads towards the door Zeb notices Sabine's blanket still lying on his lap. "Hey Kanan, wouldn't the kid want this?" He calls as Sabine extends her arms out towards the pink blanket. "Ha, your right. She does want it." He chuckles as Zeb gives it to him, once Sabine gets it she smiles and cuddles against it, she was just so cute sometimes. "Alright, bye Zeb." He smiles walking out with Sabine in his arms.
