“WOW! WHAT’S THIS?” Someone shouted loudly, I jerked up but quickly buried my face back into my hard pillow? I ignored it and snuggled up into it and sighed as I closed my eyes again, falling asleep.

“...I walked in here about two hours ago and she was like all cuddled up to your side,” Scott whispered. My pillow shook as I heard a chuckle.

“Did she wake up when you came in?” Erik asked.

“Yes, jerked up but then just laid back down next to you and fell asleep. I'm shocked you didn't wake up,” Scott mused.

“Me too, but I guess it has something to do with whole mate thing. I haven’t slept that good since I discovered she’s the one.” Erik said truthfully. I felt someone rub my back and a moan escaped my lips, it felt so good.

There were muffled chuckles around me but I ignored them snuggling into a comfortable position. If I wasn’t so peacefully bliss I probably would have registered that I was cuddled up to Erik’s side and that Scott and Erik were talking about ....me? Or someone else and that I just moaned out loud, BUT none of that registered I was to at peace where I was.

Erik’s POV

I looked down at the beautiful girl next to my side; her messy raven black hair was sprawled out over my chest her lips slightly pouting. She’s beautiful even with the scars on her wrists she tries to hide behind bangles.

I started rubbing her back again and to our amusement we heard a faint moan escape her lips again, Scott and I chuckled. She had her head on my bare chest, one leg was slung over my lower body and her hand was resting on my stomach in a loose fist.

“When do you think you’re going to tell her? I mean she already knows something is up,” Scott asked watching her. I knew this question was coming and spent most of the morning thinking about it.

“Maybe today, I need her to trust me enough to mark her. If I mark her she would be safe, protected by our bond.” I looked down at her peacefully sleeping face, she was truly beautiful. “I can't believe Seth tried to mark her,” I hissed when I saw the faint mark on her and a smear of blood behind her neck. We didn't do a good job at cleaning her neck up after finding her.

“I wonder why it didn't work,” Scott said voicing my own thoughts.

“I don’t know but I'm glad it didn't,” I said gruffly. His bite mark was already fading which meant it didn't work. I was honestly very thankful it didn't. He was a really piece of work. Always had some fight going on and never treats any girl the way he’s suppose to.

I wonder if she would take this news good. She did say she likes wolves and felt the same way about werewolves the day my curiosity got the better of me.  Maybe I should have Hendry tell her about his culture’s prophecies before I tell her about us.
