The next morning hermione woke up slowly to the sun beaming across her face. She smiled for the first time on a day they didn't have classes. Today she could read that dairy and do away with this silly little crush. She pushed the warmth and the covers to the floor and padded over to her closet. She pulled on a grey sweater and skinny jeans and pulled her hair up in a curly ponytail. Smiling to herself she walked down to breakfast. Before she was evened out of the conmon room she was greeted by harry. "Mione! Blimey your up early." He cracked a smile. "Oh shut up Harry! You know I usually hate theses days." Her voice dripping with both humor and seriousness. "That's because she's such a NNEERRD!!" Ron yelled with a laugh. "That's IT Ronald Weasley! You have called me that enough!" She picked up a pillow and chucked it at him before walking out alone her sneakers squeaking against the floor in the great hall she joined Ginny. "Morning hermione how are you?" She asked sweetly "good and you." Hermione replied brightly "great actually dean and I got back together yesterday." She gave a small sigh. "Oh that's great!" Hermione gave her a tiny hug "I know how much you two like each other it almost hurt me to see you two apart!" She laughed a little. "I think it hurt everyone to be honestly." Ginny glanced at Luna "especially the looney kind." Hermione nodded in agreement and glanced up at Snape who happened to be staring her down. It was actually quiet frightening she looked away almost immediately. Snape however coughed and shifted awkwardly before looking at mcgonagal and striking up a conversation. Hermione could hardly wait to get back to that tree. She almost ran out there after breakfast and looked over her shoulder before reaching in the hole and digging out the familiar green leather book the same s.t.s engraved on it. She smirked and looked around once more before sitting down and flipping it open to the most recent entry. Yesterday's . She skimmed the page. She groaned "its all about potions!" She flipped the page and almost gasped when she saw her name was on the next page.
(Diary entry- Hermione jean granger. Merlin Hermione jean granger why must she tease me so with her little dresses and that brilliant smile that makes me want to kiss her and hold her all night in MY arms. I hate being the old, ugly teacher I am. Why can't I be young and handsome so she would lay those magnificent Carmel eyes on me instead of all the other students

Hermione gasps she was in so much shock her little Heart almost couldn't handle it. She clutched the book tighter to her chest and dashed inside. Only one destination in mind Severus Snape.
