Jada

"So what do you like better, playing monopoly or playing seven up?" My best friend Christopher asked me as I smiled. "Monopoly." I told him, as he pulled out the monopoly game from his top shelf and putting the board game on the living room table. My phone began to ring and I looked so see that it was my boyfriend Isiah. I let it ring a few times until Chris stared at me, "You gon' answer that call? You should..." Chris told me as I sighed and picked up the phone. Me and my boyfriend Isiah just got into a big argument over him not liking my parents. "Hello?" I asked after I answered the call. "Yeah hey baby, I'm sorry for starting an argument with you. I didn't mean to make you mad, I'm sorry. Just please come back home." Isiah apologized to me as I smiled. "It's okay babe, I'll come back home tonight. I'm just at Chris's house playing board games with him." I told Isiah. "What the hell Jada? I told you to stop hanging out with that nigga, I'M your boyfriend! He's not! Stop spending more time with him than you spend time with me!" He yelled at me through the phone. "But he comforts me and he's there for me whenever me and you get into a fight..." I told him as I heard him suck his teeth.  "Bullshit. Just come home. And I mean now. Not later, not tomorrow morning, now!" He demanded me and then he hung up the phone.  "I heard him screaming at you, he must be retarded or something." Chris told me. "Don't say that about him Chris, I love him." I told him. "Okay whatever, let's go back to the game." He said, opening the board game. "Actually...I have to go." I said. "You're going back to him, aren't you?" He asked me. "I have to go, though." I said. "But what if you don't go back to the house, what is he going to do? And I know very sure he's not going to put his hands on you." Chris told me, as I sighed. "But still, I'd rather go home. I'm tired anyways." I said to him. "Jada...you do know that you can spend the night here if you really don't wanna go back to Isiah." Chris told me.  "No...I'd rather go back home. I don't want to have another argument with him. I'll see you later, Chris." I said as he smiled, and I got up with my bag and picking my black iPhone 7 plus up from the table. "I love you bestfriend." He said, hugging me and walking me out of his apartment. I smiled, "Bye Chris."
