Head Captain Yamamoto suddenly called out for an all Captain and Lieutenant Special Meeting.

"What is there to speak for in a busy day like this Head Captain" Captain Zaraki of 11th squad said looking bored.

"We should no more question Head Captain for he only calls a Special Meeting if its special." Captain Unohana of 4th Squad spoked gently.

"Speak no more fellow Shinigami's. I would like to discuss you about the battle we should get ready. Weapons are being wield in the Netherworlds. They should be at least as strong as Soul Society Shinigami's."the old man said.

"Wait... What do you mean at least as strong as Soul Society Shinigami's. I thought only us can have Shinigami's." Lieutenant Abarai interrupted.

"That is until now... I have just recently heard the news and this time they are already planning to attack the human world... They are the HELL SHINIGAMI'S." Head Captain said seriously.

"Chotomatte... What are Hell Shinigami's? Seriously this is all so confusing Sofu..." Rangiku asked.

"Hell Shinigami's are almost like us..ALMOST. They have their own Zanpakuto but neither do I know if all of them is evil. But one thing's for sure. They should never be trusted... Once they have done the Konso,unlike us if the soul is either good or bad they will still be sent in the Netherworlds to be killed many times and in Hollow Cleansing they never really cleanse anything. Once they slashed its mask like a normal Soul it is sent to Netherworlds. This makes the cycle unbalanced. And it means this will cause to... DESTRUCTION FOR BOTH WORLDS..." Head Captain spoked with stiff voice.

"So we must finish all that we face am I right? Oh... Easy-peasy..." Zaraki interrupted.

"Never underestimate your opponent Captain Zaraki. Once they face you don't let your guard down because once you did that it means suicide. Dismiss everyone."the Head Captain said as all the Captain and Lieutenant went back to their respective barracks.
