I could feel the electricity still pulsing through my numb, Jell-O veins. The limps of my body felt as if elephants were sitting on them. The sound of my beating heart filles my ears. "Charlie," I faintly call out as I was unsure if I even formed the words as I didn't hear them, "Shelly."
I felt soft, ghastly groans trying to recover. I gently placed one of my hands into a tight fist, slowly regaining control of my body, as I could feel the flab of my skin behind my elbow fold over the bone.  The lower part of my shirt was raising up on its own as my head was being constantly rubbed. What's going on?
My eyes felt like they were glued shut. I pealed my dry eyes open to see that the ceiling was moving high above me in a straight line going past my head. I jerked my left foot, hearing a pop from my ankle cracking as I saw that foot was in the hands of someone I couldn't get a clear view of. I heard a deep chuckle coming from the front of the short, blond hair. Roy. I flipped my fatigue body to my stomach as Roy stopped walking. "Oh no you don't," Roy told me as he lifted my body up off of the floor and shoved me into a room of darkness. The back of my head hit the wall as a blinding, bright light shined into my eyes. While my eyes adjusted, Roy got low to my face. His lips brushed against my cheek as he lifted my shirt above my stomach. All of the energy I had drained out of me when I flipped myself over from trying to escape. "Dr. Rosario gave me permission for you," Roy whispered into my ear as he tugged on my sweatpants.
"No!" I shouted in a half whisper.
I grasped onto my sweatpants like my life depended on it. It did depend on it. Now that I'm walking into Jan's shoes, I don't blame her for committing suicide. "Stop resisting!" Roy shouted while slapping my cheek.
My eyes watered as I could feel the stinging linguring on my cheek. Roy managed to get my sweatpants out from my grip and lowered them as he licked down my cheek and down my cleavage. While tears escaped from my eyelids, Roy caught them with his tongue. "Aren't so tough now," Roy chuckled. I slowly lifted myself up to him while my elbows shook rapidly and I bit Roy's ear. Roy giggled, "I knew you wanted me."
I placed my hand against his cheek while I bit down harder. I pulled on his ear as I pushed his face away from me. The sound of his ear detaching from the side of his head was like velcro peeling from itself. The sound was pleasing to my ears. I spit his ear out of my mouth as he pulled back with blood gushing from his wound. I covered my face as I saw Roy move his leg backwards, getting ready to kick. I heard the closet door open followed by gagging noises. I peaked through my fingers to see Roy leaning backwards with a white cloth placed firmly around Roy's neck as he stood on his tippy toes to find more air for his lungs. Roy balanced himself on one leg, but fell out of the door frame. I uncovered my face to see Roy's lifeless body beneath a man. Roy's feet stopped moving and the man got up. I covered my face up with the palms of my hands, too shaken to look anyone in the eye. "Paige," a gentle voice spoke.
My hands were removed from my face blandly. Once I looked into those lovely, light blue, killer eyes, I knew that I was safe. Mitch tucked my hair behind my ear. His eyes widened as he hovered his thumbs over the area of where the ECT electrodes were held against. Mitch slid his arms underneath me, "Let's get you washed up."
Mitch carried me out of the closet and towards the girls' bathroom. I rested my forehead against the side of his neck gently as I held onto the back of his shirt firmly, "Thank you."
Mitch settled his cheek against my head as he turned the corner to enter the girls' bathroom. He delicately put me on my feet. I waited for Mitch to leave the bathroom before undressing myself. The hot water was comforting.
I heard footsteps as I sat down on the floor, holding my knees against my chest as the clear, boiling, lukewarm water poured down on my body. "I brought you clean clothes from your room," I heard in a husky voice inform me.
I peaked through the shower curtain to see Mitch. Mitch sat down next to the shower curtain while he held my clothes in his lap. "Are you going to be alright?"
"I will be in a bit," I answered with a nod.
I glanced over at Mitch as he kept his eyes on the folded up clothes on his lap to give me privacy as he sat in reach. "So you're in here for murder, who did you kill?" Mitch asked, trying to get my mind off of the attack.
"My cheater of a boyfriend," I answered. "I hate being lied to, being played, getting hurt," I added. My eyes widened as I realized I have been rambling, "Sorry."
Mitch and I made an unbreakable eye contact. "I wouldn't do such things to you," Mitch confessed.
Could I trust him to keep his word? He saved me. He killed for me. What more proof could I need, how can I ever repay him?
I slowly placed my hand on his forearm, getting it a little damp from the water dripping down from my fingers, "I'm forever in your debt."
Mitch smirked, "Yes you are."
I couldn't help but smile through my deepened breath. I stood up and turned the water off as I felt better than before. Mitch closed his eyes as he gave me a towel. I noticed Mitch had blood splattered on his cheek. I tucked my white towel around me into itself and got a wash cloth. I soaked it with warm water and began to wipe his cheek. His face was so close to mine, I could feel his breath hitting my skin. His colonge filled my lungs. His eyes melted my heart. As I knew it wasn't the right time, I wanted to place my lips upon his. "Are you going to be alright?" Mitch asked, moving my hair back to get a better look, "it's a little blistered."
We heard someone clear their throat just as I opened my mouth to acknowledge Mitch of how I was going to be just fine, thanks to him. I knew who it was without even looking over my shoulder. Her breathing made my blood boil. Mitch have placed me behind him as Dr. Rosario went to grab me. "Are you and Roy partners, you terrorize them until they can't move and Roy then rapes them?"
"It's not like it's a signed contract. It just happened that way," Dr. Rosario grinned.
I shook my head in disgust. I couldn't believe what my ears were hearing.  "Return to your room," Dr. Rosario ordered Mitch.
Mitch held his ground. I placed my hand over Mitch's fist. "It's alright," I whispered.
Mitch gazed at me with eyes that said he didn't want to leave, but his feet decided for him.
Dr. Rosario grabbed a chunk of my hair and pulled me close to her. "What am I going to do with you, do you need to be punished again?" Dr. Rosario asked as spit escaped through her teeth as she dug her nail into the blister on the side of my head.
I winced quietly to myself. If Mitch were to hear me, all hell would break loose.
"Do you?" Dr. Rosario shouted.
"No."
She released my hair and pulled her nail back, "Good girl. Now, get back to your room."
I wish you could kill her, Shelly whispered.
I wish I could too, I sighed in defeat as I rubbed the back of my head while putting one foot in front of the other.
