Suigestu X Reader: I Won't Let You Drown

Chapter 1

Third Person P.O.V.

"Shut up you blockhead!"

Before Suigestu could reply Sasuke stopped him with a grunt and a cold stare.

"Whatever."

Suigestu gave an eye roll and placed the tip of his straw back into the corner of his mouth as he watched Karin skip up to Sasuke, it's been around two hours since Team Hebi's last resting point and Suigestu was starting to complain about it.

"Suigestu. We have no time to stop."

Karin mumbled something under her breath after Sasuke finished speaking, and Suigestu noticed.

"Let's just hope this new member will teach Karin how to keep her damn mouth shut."

Karin growled while Suigestu chuckled and slurped down his drink, then took a glance at Jugo, who held a little bird on his finger, then back at Sasuke.

"So who is this new member anyway?"

Instead of replying to Suigestu, Sasuke stopped in his tracks, the others did too but Suigestu continued to walk with his eyes shut before peeking them open and looking back at the team staring up above him.

"What?"

Seconds of silence, Suigestu sighed and turned and looked where the others were staring at, it was a forest that was dark, a small lake was next to it.

"We have to go through that?"

Suigestu's attention then was caught by a black cloak figure that was on one of the branches before falling backwards off the branch and into the lake.

Jugo reacted immediately and ran to the lake one the figure made a splash, the others followed behind him but not as quickly.

Each of them watched the cloak sink under water that was now starting to turn red.

"Suigestu!"

Everyone's, including Sasuke's, eyes widened after Jugo yelled at Suigestu.

"Why do I have to? Fine."

Suigetsu sat down his cup then took off his cloak and dived into the water.

He kept a straight face as he approached the cloaked figure, he grabbed their wrist and pulled it to them.

His purple eyes then widened slightly once the cloak's hood moved out of the way, he gave a smirk seeing the (h/l) (h/c) hair flow in front of the girl's face before he swam up and pulled her out of the lake and laid her on the grass, and rested his hands on his knees as he stared down at her.

"That's her. (Y/n). The new member."

Everyone but Suigestu glanced up at Sasuke, then back down at the girl as she started to cough.

Your P.OV.

Your (e/c) eyes fluttered open only to see round purple ones staring back into yours.

"Welcome to the team."

You gave a confused look at the boy who gave a shark smirk to you, then glanced down at an arm that was in front of you.

"Bite if you wanna live."

You stared up at the girl with red hair and glasses, then over at a boy with black spiky hair, then bit the girl's arm.

You felt the wound on your stomach begin to heal, you sat up and looked around then stood up but ended up falling back on your knees.

"Easy. We'll rest up here for (Y/n) to recover."

"Well aren't you a life saver."

You watched the boy with shark teeth pick up his cup that was near you and walk away.

"Are you okay?"

You looked up at a boy with orange spiky hair as he sat next to you by the fire after setting it up.

"Y-yeah. Thanks."

He gave a nod as you wrapped your self in your damped cloak, feeling the bandages that were wrapped around your stomach and arms.

"I'm Jugo. That's Karin, Sasuke, and Suigestu."

You noticed he looked around for the boy in a purple shirt then back down into the fire, seconds later Sasuke came up to you.

"Do you understand?"

You gave Sasuke a nod after he finished explaining what was going on and why you were needed in this team.

"Yeah.."

He walked away back to the fire where the other two were, you glanced at the lake then turned back around with your eyes shut and ran back to the fire.

"You seriously don't remember?"

You shook your head at Karin.

"No. I just remembered waking up seeing all of you and before that, I remember I was in a battle with some other cloaked person."

You stared back into the fire as everyone else did the same before they looked up behind you, you did the same after hearing footsteps press against the grass behind you approach.

"Man that was refreshing."

You stared back at the ground as Suigestu sat next to you and slurped his drink.

"About time you got out of the water you idiot."

"Shut up Karin. You just can't swim. You sink like the rock you are."

"What?! What the hell is that supposed to mean?!"

"Enough."

You looked up Sasuke to see him narrowing his eyes towards Suigestu, you glanced his way seeing him give an eye roll then looking at you.

"So."

You gave a small smile and looked back down as he gave you a smirk.

"Why are you here?"

"Suigestu. We already discussed it."

"Well where was I?"

"Being stupid."

"Enough Karin."

You and Jugo did the same thing, just stared into the fire as the others argued, after they did, Sasuke stood up, along with Karin doing the same.

"Alright. Everyone get some rest. Karin, search the area."

"Got it."

You laid wrapped in your cloak and held your stomach with one arm as the other rested underneath your cheek.

Your (e/c) continued to flutter, you glanced at the lake and diving into it before you turned and face the opposite direction.
