#Chapter 5
Alam niyo ba ang feeling ang gustong gusto mo nang makita ang mama mo kasi nga nawalay ka sa kanya for five years and one day, a fairy came to fulfill that wish of yours.
Ang laking bagay nito sa akin. Miss na miss ko na si Mama. Hindi na ako makapaghintay na makapiling siyang muli. I want to hug her so tight.
“Cars, tama na sa kakaiyak, it is just a big surprise sayo and I want you to be happy. I know you miss her so much and I am willing to make your wish came true. I know naman na after 5 years pa babalik dito si Tita sa Pinas pero alam ko na big opportunity mo ito kasi nga you are turning 18 years old. Kahit nasa high school palang tayo pero Hey, cheer up.” Pag explain sa akin ni Ken while he is patting my back.
I kept on crying on his shoulders kasi naman. First of all, the pictures and now he is willing to give me a passport and a ticket to see my mom.
“Bago ko makalimutan Cars, si Ate mo sabay din. HEHE. Don’t worry about the expenses kasi worth it naman,” Nakangiti sa akin si Ken. Parang anghel ito. Hulog sa lupa.
“Ikaw kasiiii!”
Tinawanan lang ako. Hindi ko alam kong ano ang irereact k okay Ken. Since came into my life, he’s been my angel. Lahat na worries and problems ko, siya lahat ang sumalo. He’s my freedom wall whenever I want to shout my feelings. I wanted to be heard.
After minutes of drama. Namaga na ang mga mata ko sa kakaiyak. Naupo nalang kami ni Ken sa bed niya. Hawak hawak ko ang mga passport and the tickets
“Si Ate mo, kasama siyempre. Alangan naman, iwan natin yung ate mong loka loka.” Hala. Sinabihan ba naman na loka loka. “I want you to be happy. Ako na ang magpagawa niyan kanila dad sa passport and sa ticket. I called your mom at overseas nung nakaraang linggo. She was assigned to take a seminar in New York for more than a week. Kaya I booked you both na magkapatid papuntang New York. April 18 yung flight. I’ll keep you updated what time.”
“Ken. Nahihiya na ako sayo. Salamat talala. Salamat.” Sabi k okay Ken habang nakayuko.
“Wait. Does Tita knows how to cook?”
“Opo. Bakit naman?”
“Learn how to cook and all your depts. are paid.” Hinimas ni Ken ang buhok ko at tumayo. “Come on, Carla. Ang anak mo din ang kawawa sa pagdating nang oras.”
“Ano?! Hell no! I will be a nun someday. NUN!”
“Chillax. High blood. Opo na, Best. Basta mag’ingat ka doon. I know gagala ka talaga. And madami kang makakasalubong na tao kasi nasa New York ka. Pa’hug nga ako!”
Hinug ako ni Ken. Ang swerte ko talaga dito kay Kenneth. Because of him, I am happy these days…
“Cars, alam mo ba?.
Magkamukha talaga kayo ni Tita. You both are like twins…”

Btw, ang school nila Ken at Carla is an InternationalSchool. May elementary years kasi at middle school sila. pero pagdating ng high school, they need to take an entrance exam for them to keep on going on. J
