Bahja opened her eyes. A bright light shinned right in front of her causing her to squint her eyes. She held her head as a migraine formed from the light.

As Bahja looked around, she saw nothing but light. No sky, no houses, no people, nothing. As she looked down, she noticed she was standing on a cloud.

"Shit." She cursed to herself. "What the hell?"

Bahja was confused. She became nervous considering the fact that she had no clue where she was.

"Hello?!" She shouted only to hear her echo. "Anyone there?"

No one answered. Instead, an even brighter light flashed. "Aaah!" She screamed as wind blew. She closed her eyes as she felt her body lift up then fall back down softly. When she opened her eyes, she was immediately met by a large golden gate.

Standing up on the cloud she laid on, she walked up to the gates looking into them. She saw absolutely nothing but clouds.

"Am I high?" She asked herself out loud. "I must be high."

"What do I do now? I can't see shit." Bahja said struggling to see through the thick clouds.

"No need to do anything young one." I loud, manly, deep, and demanding voice said.

The large, golden gates opened before her and out walked a man. His light skin shinned in the sunlight and his long, sandy brown hair rested on his shoulders.

Bahja tilted her head in confusion giving the man a questionable look.

"Bahja Shamoni Rodriguez." The man smiled.

'How does he know my name?' Bahja thought to herself.

"Welcome to the gates of heaven. My name is Jesus and my father has sent you here to be with him and I."

"Oh man. I must be extremely high."

But she in fact wasn't high. Instead, she was dead.

Bahja held her red cup in her hand as she danced under the moonlight. The backyard was filled with teenagers of many shapes and sizes dancing and grinding on each other as Sage The Gemini's song blared through the speakers.

"Oh shiieeettt!" Bahja said holding her cup up. "This my jam right here."

As Bahja got hyped up, she grabbed the nearest boy she could find and began twerking on him.

"Damn little mama." He said holding on to her hips the best way he could.

"Aye! Aye! Aye!" Bahja chanted.

A group of guys laughed in the corner as they watched her. Knowing Bahja, when she turned up, there was no turning her back down. That's what got her in trouble in the first place. Once the song was over, she held her cup up to her mouth, but nothing was there.

"Damn. I done drunk all my shit." She said. Tiredly walking over to the bowl of punch, she prepared to grab another drink when one was handed to here.

"Here you go." The unfamiliar boy said.

"What's this?" Bahja questioned.

"It's punch. I saw you dancing on the floor and knew you would be tired when you got done so I got you a drink."

Bahja gave him a look. If it was one thing her mother ever told her, it was to never except drinks or food from a stranger unless you've watched them prepare it yourself. Bahja had no idea who the boy was, but she was so parched, she didn't care at the moment. Taking the cup, she gulped down the fruit punch as if her life depended on it.

"Thank you." She said.

"You're welcome." The boy smiled before walking away to where the group of boys were.

Bahja nodded her head awkwardly and walked away. Making her way into the home, she began to feel woozy as she searched for the restroom.

Finally finding it a few doors down from where she stood, she stumbled in unable to hold her balance. Accidentally slamming the door behind her, her breathing became irregular. She stumbled over to the sink and looked at herself in the mirror.

Her eyes were red and droopy. Tears had fallen from her eyes and she didn't even know it. Her eyeliner ran down her face making her look worse than she already did.

"I can't breathe." She managed to say. "What's going on?" Taking one last breath, she collapsed to the floor.

Bahja should have been more responsible. She shouldn't have taken that drink. Her body laid there helplessly as the drug that was put into her began to take over her body slowly killing her.

"This is crazy! What do you mean I'm dead!" Bahja shouted at Jesus. "What about my mom and my dad. Oh no. My sister must be devastated."

"Calm down Bahja. The drink that you took from that young man at that party is what got you here." Jesus explained. "It contained a substance that your body didn't react to very well."

"And it killed me?"

"Don't say it like that. I'd prefer for you to say that it brought you home."

"So what about my family?"

"They'll be fine young one. Now come with me." Jesus said.

"Well where are we going?"

"We're going to see my father." He said. He began to walk through the clouded gates with Bahja following closely behind him.

Bahja was nervous and upset. She was only 17 years old and she's dead. She wondered what her mother was doing and if she found out about Bahja's death yet. Bahja shook her head. Her mother probably threw a fit.

She didn't want to die so young. She hated the boy who did this to her. As they walked, she looked up at Jesus. She wanted revenge.

"Jesus?"

"Yes young one?"

"If you wanted to bring someone home, they'd have to be killed on earth right?"

"I wouldn't say killed but they would be deceased yes."

"What if I wanted someone to mysteriously die?" Bahja asked. Jesus gave her a shocked look.

"Ms. Rodriguez, things like that can and will get you sent to hell. We don't think or talk like that here in heaven and I don't want to hear anything else like that come out of your mouth either. Do you understand me?"

"Yes." Bahja nodded. As Jesus turned his head, Bahja rolled her eyes.

When Bahja wanted revenge, there was no stopping her. She was going to get it. Forming a plan as they made their way to large castle, she formed a plan in her head. A plan that would put her killer in a position he wouldn't want to be in. But what she didn't know was that God, Jesus's father knew everything she was thinking and planning and was ready to send her down below at any moment tshe disobeyed and disrespected his rules.
