swish! the sound of the ball makes when it soars through the air and plunges into the net. "I'm wet" said 19 year old Chris parker he picked up his towel and gym bag and walk out the gym not noticing that a scout from duke university was watching him Chris strolled down the hallway

of Springfield high he open the door and made his way to the parking lot trying to find his 2013 dodge challenger.  "well you don't say" said a familiar voice. Chris immediately turned around and to see it was his former coach standing there at 6,10 big broad shoulders and a muscular built. "how ya doing coach" Chris said smirking.  " I'm doing fine just got a job at duke university at head coach" coach Jones said confidently

"and i just might give you  full round trip to come play at duke" coach Jones said handing Chris his card. well I'll think about it Chris said weakly. Chris opened the door to his dodge Challenger. Chris pulled out the parking lot and sped off . later at home Chris watched videos on coach Jones and highlights of his career. suddenly there was a gentle knock on Chris's bedroom door he opened it and it was Mrs.parker

standing there with a warm smile on her face. "may i come in" she said in a soft voice. "yea sure ma" Chris said stressed out "I talked to your coach i think its a great idea" she said desperately "okay" Chris replied she closed the door and went to sleep. the next morning Chris brushed his teeth took a shower and slipped on some gym shorts and a white tee

he went to the gym and started lifting weights  Chris put the weights down and grab his phone he sent a text to coach Jones saying he accepts his offer in a few weeks he would be going to Duke university
