Chapter One Part One : It's Starting (Feliciano's Part)

It was a normal day for everyone except for two people and those people are Feliciano and Arthur aka. Italy and England. Their lovers Germany and France cheated on them one week ago and avoiding them and everyone else, they don't want them to know that they saw the affair. It was alright to do it, but the only problem today is they have 'World' meeting everyone is 'needed' to be there even the 2ps, even if they don't want to go. And here they are in a world meeting where nothing could be finished, except nations fighting each other. And the two is trying their best not letting anyone know. Italy as his usual self oblivious to anything and Arthur who is currently doing what he always do 'be a gentleman' as he always say, they look like their just normal, but on the inside they're broken, wishing they could just suicide and die.

(Feliciano's P.O.V)

"I can't believe that he would do it. I really can't believe that Germany would be cheating on me with Japan. I can't really believe it, maybe I should have listened to fratello, maybe I should had did it or else I wouldn't be broken like this" Feliciano thought about what Lovino always told him. 'VENEZIANO!!! I ALWAYS TOLD YOU TO GET AWAY FROM THE POTATO BASTARD' 'FELI!!! How many times do I have to tell you to stay away from him' 'VENE!!! STAY.AWAY.FROM .THE.POTATO.BASTARD'. He tried so many times to make me stay away from Ludwig, but it didn't work. Then there was that time...

(FLASHBACK)

Feliciano ( the northern part of Italy) was skipping happily back to his home, not because his going to take his siesta and pasta, but because of Ludwig confessed to him that he loves him and he returned his feelings too.
Feliciano liked Ludwig since the first they met that means the ' Tomato Box Fairy Incident'.
He happily going to tell his dear 'fratello' about it, when he came home Lovino (the southern part of Italy) was watching T.V.
He skip to his brother and said" I have good news Fratello" as he sat down beside him where he was seating."Chigi... what is the good news? " Romano asked, he just grinned as he answer " Ve~ Ludwig confessed to me today." Romano asked suspiciously, cause he have a feeling where this was going " What did that macho bastard confessed to you?" he already know the answer because of the word and tone of the 'confessed' means, but first he wanted to make sure of it before he cussed at his brother.
" Ve~ Lovi he told me that he loved me" Feliciano answered it happily and Lovino is getting angry about it, but chose the better option ask Feliciano about it again before lashing out about this."And what is your answer?" he already knew it, "I said yes, Fratello" there it is the answer he knew to well, all too well.
He might need to protest about it, but chose the best option since he already know that his brother won't listen to him" Fine, do what ever you want with him Feliciano..." Feli smiled thinking that he already accepted Ludwig " That your happy for me Fratello, grazie mille for accepting Ludw-" he said but was cut off by Lovino" but I'm warning you Feliciano, don't come crying to me when he breaks your heart..." Lovino said while getting up, but stopped by Feliciano" What do you mean? Fratello" Feli asked worriedly cause he thought that Lovino liked Ludwig to as he did. " I'm warning you Feliciano when that time comes don't come crying to me" he said as he walked away, but before he opened the doorknob, he look at Feliciano a one last look and said "and don't talk to me or near me as long as you don't understand and the potato bastard is still with you" and he walked away, not looking back as he closed the door.

(Flashback Ended)

"I should have listen to him" he said while thinking 'I really should have, Fratellone. I really should have listened to you, mi dispiace Fratellone' . But he chose the wrong person to mess with, Feliciano said while smirking like His counterpart Luciano and making an aura like Russia's and those two notice and made them think " Did Ivan/Luciano and I did something?", they thought shocked.

Little did he notice Alfred F. Jones aka United States of America is listening to his 'words of regret'

Alfred's P.O.V
I was listening to Italy as he is saying his words of regret. 'I'm sorry dude I could just help you right now, if I wasn't too busy trying to cheer Arthur up from his heartbroken stage.' Alfred thought as he look at Arthur, then back to Feliciano. "... and Lovino's threat a few days ago" as he said it.

(Alfred's Flashback)

I was going back to my house from the Allies meeting.

While I thought 'Damn our meeting with the 2P's is always crazy, but Oh well I could get some rest once I get in my room' and as I was getting nearer to my home I saw a familiar brown hair with a curl and to my suprise it's my boyfriend Lovino Vargas, hey it's not like I don't like him coming over.

It's only weird that he always call or text me if he is going to come over, but this is the first time that he came over without calling or texting me with a luggage to be in fact, wait a minute a LUGGAGE. When he saw me as I was walking nearer and was about to ask what is doing here, but before I could say anything, he ask if he could stay for awhile.

I said yes, while I got the keys to my house and open the door. I let him in first being the gentleman as Iggy would had said really the old man is really rubbing of me.

Once I got in I close the door and took his luggage to his room. He comes here very often so I already prepared a room for him when he came over. Once I put his luggage to his bed.

I was going to the living room where he was, I asked him if he wanted anything he shook his head no. I sat on the sofa where he was and hold his hand I know something's wrong and I don't want to pry about it,but I can't help but be worried for him, as silence took over.

After a while he spoke "Someone confessed to my Fratellino" he said with a voice full of malice. I asked who was it and he said "the macho potato #1", so that's why its Ludwig.

I hope he does know what his in for, Lovi look straight at me in the eyes that always said that you should follow whatever I say, Oh boy the serious business is coming.

He spoke after an uncomfortable silence" Chigi.. Alfred promise me something." as I look into his eyes, I answered" Yes, Lovi what do I need to promise?" he said "Promise me chigi ... that you will not help Veneciano when he is heartbroken".

I looked at him with shocked that can make anyone think that I saw a murder right infront of my eyes without the murderer knowing that I saw everything.

I need you to promise me this or else..." he threatened me but I don't know what he mean by 'else', but my guts are telling me that it isn't good. "What is it Lovino?" I said as I hide that I'm scared.

I'm sure as hell that he notice I'm scared but chose not to tell.

"I won't visit you anymore and talk to you anymore and I will never have to date you ever again" he said that and it's my worst nightmare not to talk to him. "Noooooooo..."

(Flashback Ended)

'Man, he is really hard on Feli, but he doesn't need to tell me that ever.'he thought and look at Arthur, then at Feliciano. "They need to find a way to fix themselves a little bit it will be fine" I whispered.
