Chapter one

Hell.
The worst place to ever be, you'd say. Right? Not for me. I'm a Hellcreature, serving under Satan himself. I don't have a name, an identity, or a vaste body. Sometimes I wonder what it'd be like, but then again: I really wouldn't want to. Why should I? I can take a form, a body. Any I like, as long as it's in my power. I can't take just any form I want, I have my limits. Not like my King. Satan is so unbelievably powerful, he has millions of creatures like me. Sometimes my life feels so without meaning. Like Satan could kill me and no one would even notice, let along care.
That was, until I met HER.

Earth.
A great place to be, you'd say. And it is! Even for me. A Hellcreature. As I don't have a vaste form, I can switch and take control of a human body or even the air. Usually I temporarily borrow someone's body. I say temporary, cause I'm a nice creature actually. I always give them their bodies back, instead of killing them when I'm done with it, like my friends do. I don't really know why, but it just feels wrong.

So, on a day like many, I was wandering on the Earth. Europe, this time. I love Europe. I walked through a big park in God knows what city. But let's not draw God's attention: His Angels certainly do not like when a Hell being wanders on Earth, I can say from my own experience.
But keeping control of a human body is hard. I choose a young, pretty female body as my host this time, but young people are always the hardest to contain.
I got tired from walking,  so I sat down for a minute to save my powers. I enjoyed the clean air here. In Hell everything smells like death, hate, and pain. Here, it smells like trees, like water, like people. Living. I can hear the cars in the distance, whereas in Hell, I can only hear the screaming, the suffering. Makes me depressing sometimes.
