tears of pain drowning and suffering.
more than half of the time showing a smile when so close to tearing apart with that lovely beautiful face of art.
Some see perfection when the truth lies on pain.- anonymous reine

The meaning behind this is pretty obvious.
"Tears of pain drowning and suffering" she is suffering of depression, very emotional and upset, she's always crying and can't seem to pick her self up. "Drowning" refers to 'rock bottom' she can't help herself from all the "suffering" she's been doing. The line "more than half of the time showing a smile when so close to tearing apart from that lovely beautiful face of art" talks about how she shows an opposite act to the media, when every second of her time, she feels so broken. She tells people she's okay, but behind that 'okay' is a beautiful, yet broken lonely girl who tries to have hope for herself yet can't seem to find it.
The line "some see perfection when the truth lies on pain" the media is so focused on her smile, to the point where they are blinded by her pain.
this means that maybe her own blood is blinded by the pain she goes through; everyone sees her so perfect, and idolize her, yet 'the worst is yet to come'[i hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say. Never "judge a book by its cover" someone once said. Sometimes one is so caught up on the figure in front of them, to the point where one will never know the pain behind that figure.]
