“No, no. I don´t believe you” she said between giggles “Okay. Maybe Jack Frost really isn´t a snowman. But that you are” giggling “Jack Frost?” she started to laugh until it was for her to breathe, until her lungs plied her for air, until her stomach started to ache and she almost fall from her seat. She took a deep breath “Now that´s a big imagination”

She was now sitting right next to him. In one of the green and hard wooden chairs. She had finished with her pancakes and both of them we´re accompanying them with honey. Pascal, the chameleon, was eating some sliced fruit Rapunzel had prepared specially for him.

“I´m telling you the truth” Jack said as he stretched for the honey jar “Don´t you believe me?”

The blonde starred into his eyes for a second and flash a shy smile.

“I do. I mean… I´d like to. But if you were really him then, shouldn´t you be at the North pole?”

“At the North pole!” he repeated, skeptically.

“Well yeah. You know with Santa and… don´t know. Doing stuff Jack Frost does?”

“Why should I be with North? That´s the reason he has his Yetis”

“Yetis? I thought he had elves!”

“Well he does. But the Yetis do the entire job while the elves… well the elves… they do whatever they do. They are a pretty ornament anyways”

“You´re saying the Yetis make the toys, right?”

“Aha” he nodded in agreement as Rapunzel had a confusion expression on her face.

“Tell me about Jack Frost then, I might be wrong for what I see”

“Lovingly” he grinned and she rolled her eyes in response “What did I do?”

“That!” she said

“What?”

“That thing you always do. You grinned!”

“And is that wrong?”

“Just… forget it” he laughed at her frustration

“Not funny”

“You say” he continued laughing until she looked at Pascal and the chameleon gave her a confident look. She smiled confidently and looked at Jack, who cleared his throat.

“Jack Frost, then” He got farther from her “My name´s Jackson Overland Frost” she cocked and eyebrow and giggled softly “And I died” she abruptly stopped “What you heard” he smiled knowing that he had scored a point there.

“But who could you…?” She started

“Hey, before you come with any silly insinuations I´m telling you the truth about it. One simple answer it is. Manny, or so The Moon”

“The moon… brought you back to life?” she asked skeptically.

“Am… we could say that, yes that works”

“Okay, so the moon brought you back to life and…? “

“Well, he made me Jack Frost. He gave me this… am ‘power’. And he also gave me my… Wait, where is it” he looked everywhere in search for something

“What?” she asked

“ My staff!”

“You mean the wooden stick?”

“It’s not a wooden stick. I… “He sighed “Just tell me where it is”

She giggled “Don´t worry. I have it. I´ll give it to you when you leave”
