No One

She wonders who cares

Blank, hateful stares

No one

She questions if someone listens

She speaks with eyes that glistens

No one

She ponders the thought of love

People aside give her a shove

No one could love her

No one would care

No one listens

With all the stares

And the shoving

And ignoring

How could they not see she was dying

And they stood idly by

Only caring about themselves

So she built walls sky high

To keep any trespassers

From entering her

And breaking

Her further

Than she

Already

Was.
