Nico woke up to find himself almost suffocated. He pushed himself away from whatever is choking him and gasped. "Are you up yet?" Lynn's voice is dangerously close. Nico grabbed his knife and slashed at where her voice came from. He soon realizes what he have done and gasped.
"Dude! It hurts!" Lynn frowned and said.
"How- how did you survive?" Nico asked with a shaky voice. No one should survive a slash from the stygian iron, not especially a mortal.
"I what?" Lynn asked.
"You shouldn't..." Nico frowned and poked Lynn again with his dagger (or knife... sword... whatever), wondering if it will kill her.
Lynn fliched and slap Nico. "What on earth? That thing hurts!"
Nico frowned deeper. This girl infront of her seemes and acted normal, but why is she not affected by the stygian iron? As he thinks, he experimentally stabbed Lynn from different angle, trying to figure out what's wrong.
"STOP!" Lynn shouted, breaking Nico away from his trance. "Are you trying to kill me?"
Nico nodded.
"Then why are you hugging me?" Lynn asked.
"I'm not hugging you!" Nico said.
"Errr... yes you are." Lynn said as she pointed downward, where Nico is hugging one of her leg with his leg like a koala bear. "You're giving me a leg hug."
Nico jumped and sat back, staring at Lynn wide eyed. "This is a misunderstanding. I- I wasan't... I.."
Lynn nodded knowingly. "I know. You are gay, right?" she said with a completly chilled look.
"I'm not!" Nico shouted, raging. The grass around him withered, and the skeletal hands rose from the earth.
"You are. You were saying something about 'Percy' and 'Perseus' in your dream." Lynn stated matter-of-factly. "But it's alright, chill, dude. There's like- 1.6% or gays here in China. It's kinda normal." Lynn added after seeing the skeletal army marching toward her.
"It's- okay?" Nico stuttered. How can she think that it's normal?
"Uh-huh. See, he have a girlfriend, right?" Lynn asked. Nico winced. "I take that as a yes. Well, a woman can wait. You, on the other hand, will have to strive for your love. So I'm gonna help you."
"You're gonna... what?" Nico asked, thinking that he is hearing things.
"I'm gonna help you. To get the... Percy to be yours." Lynn nodded reassuringly.
Nico hopes that she would just leave him alone, he is more used to being pushed away than being cared, let alone having someone who wants to help. But for some random reason, Nico wants to believe her, Nico wants to bring her along the journey.
"But the journey is hard." Nico warned.
"So you're explaining something to me. Like- why do you kill plants, and why is there a guy who looked horrifying behind you."
Nico snapped his head backward and gasped.
