Her mind is a playground
I'd laugh as it spun round
The days left, on my hand I could count
Had grip on her, to me she was bound
Couldn't just let her go
I can't get enough of her,
can't just let her die like that
I loved her more than that.
My queen dressed with a petty crown
She would frown at my will and cry"What is wrong with me? It just felt like all the bad memories rushed out at the same time."
She was quite confused by now. The morning rays went dim in the sky, clouds would hide light as they passed by. Again, lost in deep thoughts. She could feel all the wrath lodging inside slowly fading to the thin air. She could breathe again. Seemed like she was clean again. Washed out from every vain feeling she ever sowed.
Her bloated veins steadily shriveled as they went from hot to cold. She stroked her hand, the scratches and wounds she drew earlier, reminiscent of what she would have done to them.
Calm.
Dead calm.
Forever stained.
She was so beautiful as she'd tuck back her hair behind her pierced ear to the flare of the sun as I'd glare. I would walk slowly by her side just to catch the scent of her perfume flowing down the alley, a quiet whine. Could feel the flame burning inside as she made her brows to frown at the world standing beside, so hot, she would tickle my desire each time. Things that turned me on; she drove me out of my mind.
"Hey Lacey, are you OK?"
"Yeah, sorry for that Stacy. Bet it was a weird embarrassing moment, huh?"
Lacey said as she threw a wide smile, slowly turning to wild laughter.Lacey could fake anything just to hide from her hunted feelings and I knew it... but I'd just let it be. She didn't smile much and if I ever caught one by chance I'd hold on tight and cherish the moment. After all, a smile is a smile, no matter how it was forged. "Does it?"
"What?"
I smiled back.
Love is pain, and we'll do it again.
