Lucy's POV

It was a regular day in magnolia I get up, take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, do my hair, and walk to fairytail.

"Ah what a nice day it is today"

I started walking to fairytail a little faster getting excited. I started to get closer smiling and smiling as I opened the doors I sweat dropped.

"Um what the living dragons is going on here!?"

Narrators POV

Lucy stares at the commotion going on in front of her. Almost everything flammable was on fire there were swords and ice everywhere people flying through the air and some laying on the ground defeated.

"Lucy how long are you going to stand there, come join the fun were competing for the strongest!" Gray yelled out to lucy before getting thrown across the guild hall.

"TAKE IT OUTSIDE! AND NO!" Lucy screamed before storming up the stairs to masters office.

"Master, please STOP THEM THERE ABOUT TO DESTROY THE GUILD HALL. WAIT STOP NO that's not what I came here to discuss. Master when is the next s - class exams?" Lucy asked the guild master

Master Makarov thought hard about the subject. "Lucy my dear are you implying you want to participate this year?"

Lucy looked down ashamed knowing or rather thinking that she was weak.

"Yes master I just want to prove that I'm strong. I'm weak and I want to prove not only to everyone in the guild but to myself as well that I am strong and I'm not just a tool people use!" Lucy said all of that still hanging her head

Masters face was twisted with fury as he said this to lucy."Lucy are people calling you a tool is so I have no problem kicking thei-"

"No master no one is, but I feel like I am and I don't want to be one!" Lucy said on the verge of tears

"So their treating you like a tool! Equally bad that's even worse!" Master said absolutely furious now.

"NO NO NO NO THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEAN I MEAN I FEEL LIKE IT NOT THAT I'M BEING TREATED LIKE ONE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND MASTER... please." Lucy started to cry while saying all this

Master pulled lucy into a hug and whispered into her ear

"Don't worry my dear child, you aren't weak and just for you I'm giving you a little secret. The next exams are in a month but because I'm telling you this you need to train twice as hard. OK?" Master consoled to her

"Oh yes thank you master I will as a matter a fact I'll start now!" Lucy said to master practically beaming

"Thank you!" Lucy said and after that she bowed and left the room.
