Oh my god, guys.

I'm so sorry for the SUPER LONG WAIT!

I've been so busy....

I'm on Thanksgiving break right now, so I can update now.

No promises on extra updates, though.

Oh!

I need a new cover for this book, its very drab.

Maybe you could make a cover and tag me in a chapter with it somewhere?

I would give TOTAL credit to whoever makes it.

And sorry if more than one person submits, I'll choose the best one.

I can add text if I want, so you don't do that.

The only rule is that it has to be Dramione.

Easy enough, right?

Well, thanks for submitting if you do!

Let's go.

Hermione's POV:

Draco won't settle down.

He keeps thrashing in his sleep.

His breathing is ragged.

At one point, I couldn't stand hearing and watching him suffer, so I went out into the hallway.

However, midway down the hall to the restrooms, I heard Draco scream my name.

I ran back to the room, my trip forgotten.

I had hoped that he had awoken, had succumbed to consciousness.

But no.

He was still dreaming.

However, I wondered if it was really a dream, or something he had witnessed.

Draco's POV:

This torture never ends.

Every second, every minute, every hour, I have to withstand this pain, this suffering.

I wish that I could just wake up.

I know these are dreams, but I get sucked into them like I would have in real life.

Every dream has to do with Hermione.

She's tortured.

Burned.

Killed.

But this one is by far the worst.

Voldemort and my father are here.

Hermione is chained between two posts.

I had tried to reach out, to grab her, but someone had grabbed my hair and pulled me back.

I could see Voldemort and Lucius walk up her.

I fought with all my might to rid myself of the hands that were leaving bruises on my arms and shoulders, but the grip just got tighter.

I see the faint shimmer of a shield in front of me.

It could be used for protection.

Or to prohibit me from getting to Hermione.

Voldemort had hung back.

Lucius closed the gap between him and Hermione.

He unchained her arms and legs.

He grabbed her by the hair.

She stood unsteadily.

Lucius threw her to the ground.

"Hermione!" I screamed.

She didn't hear me.

She can't hear me!

Lucius pressed his foot on her stomach.

Spurts of blood erupted from Hermione's mouth.

Blood trickled out of her nose.

He grabbed her by her legs, and with a superhuman strength, threw her against my shield.

I heard the sound of her bones snapping.

Her legs were bent at unnatural angles.

I needed to try.

I thrashed around against my captors.

I freed one of my arms and pressed it against the shield.

Hermione pressed her hand against mine.

Then, Hermione slowly faded away.

Sorry.

That dream wasn't all that great.

Well, I'll try to update more often now XD.

Well, thanks again for submitting your covers if you do.

And please tell me if you are going to make one so I can be on alert.

Well, thats all for today!!

Bye!

Lots of love and Potter vibes, Vanessa
