Mike's pov: I get to will's house and Lucas opens up the door with Dustin on his side.
"Get in" Lucas said as he pulled me in. "What going on?" I ask. "This is about Max" Lucas says walking to Castle Byers. "What about Max?" I ask following him. We get to Castle Byers and Will is sitting waiting. "Hey guys" Will says. "I'm really confused right now" I say studying the list taped to one of the walls. "Lucas has a cr.." Dustin blurts out before Lucas covers his mouth. "No far! I wanted to tell him" says will. "I don't care who tells me, just spill it" I say raising my voice. "Lucas likes Max" blurts out Will. "Really?" I ask looking at Lucas. "Yea" he says quietly. "Wow" I say surprised. "I look at Max the same way to look at El."
-back at mikes house-
Els:POV
"So how do you like Hawkins?" I ask. "I really like it here so far, I'm so glad I have you guys" Max replies. "So what are you and Mike?" Max asks curiosity. "What do you mean?" I reply. "Are you guys a couple?" She replies. I pause, are we a couple or are we just friends? "I don't know; what are you and Lucas?" I ask with a grin on my face. "UM..." Max pauses, her face gets red. "What are you talking about El, he doesn't like me" Max says trying not to make things awkward. "Hmhm.. you sure about that?" I reply with a hit of sass. Max's face begins to glow red.
-back at Will's house-
MIKE'S POV: "OK, we have established that you like Max. So now what are we going to do about it?"
