Chapter 4

We were going to Luke's gig tonight. I thought I should just wear some high wasted shorts and a muscle T with my vans. I went downstairs. Zelda was already changed. She looked gorgeous with her hair curled.

"Luke's gonna try and make his move on you tonight". Zelda said searching for something in her purse.

"I already said I don't like him... I HATE LUKE HEMMINGS"! I shouted.

"Your lying Rachel". She said.

"DONT CALL ME RACHEL UGH"! I said angrily.

She giggled. James and Tom came to pick us up this time. We crawled into the back if their vehicle.

"Looking good ladies"! James said from the drivers seat.

I heard my phone make a noise. I pulled it out of my pocket and saw it was Luke. I smirked and unlocked my phone. I didn't wanna answer his text but I thought I should to be nice. He pisses me off so much but I like him. The message read:

You coming were starting in 30 minutes :)

I didn't bother answering. He knew I was coming he just wants to talk to me that's all and I don't feel like it. We drove up to a small building and parked the car. I stumbled out of it and almost fell and then Luke just has to be there to catch me.

"Why didn't you answer my message"? He asked.

"Cause I didn't want to and besides I just came here to see the rest of your band not you"! I snarled.

Luke frowned and walked away. I walked in and there was actually alot of people here. Well more than I thought would have came. The one who's name I think is Ashton was sat on his drums playing a beat and Michael played along with his guitar. Michael looked over at me and waved. I like him better than Luke. He's chill and we have alot in common. At least he dosent have a huge crush on me like Luke. I walked backstage to where James, Tom, Maxwell, Jai, and Zelda were. They all smiled stupidly at me when Luke came back down from the stage. I wish they would just leave me alone already and besides I'm never gonna like Luke he annoys me and he's probably just a total douche bag anyways and he's just gonna meet some other girl tonight and bang her after the show. I mumbled fuck under my breath.

"Go see your boyfriend Luke"! Zelda pushed me into him and I fell against his toned body.

"Roni you ok"? He asked.

"Why should you care jerk off"! I said rudely.

Luke frowned and and looked down at the floor. I didn't mean it. Luke dosen't know that though and he's upset now. I feel bad and I should stop being such an ass to him. I ran outside away from everyone and sat on a sidewalk next to the building. I curled up into a fetal position and closed my eyes repeating "don't cry Roni don't cry". Inside my mind. I'm the biggest jerk ever. I should just keep my big mouth shut. I sat there hoping nobody would come out and find me. I'd be so embarrassed. I'd thought of Luke again. He must feel so heartbroken right now and it's all my fault.

"Your Roni right"? It was Calum. I remeber is accent was diffrent then the other boys.

I sniffled a little but didn't look up at him. What the hell is he doing out here anyways. Why dosent he just mind his own goddamn business. There I go again with my rude comments. "What do you want"? I asked.

"N- nothing just came out here and accidentaly found you". He smiled. "Everything ok"?

I didn't want to answer his question, but I was gonna be rude to him since he's nice. I got a better look at him he had dark chocolate brown eyes and black hair. His accent I wasn't quite sure about and he had tanned skin. He wore a nirvana shirt and he was quite tall. Calum held out his hand to help me up. I cleared my throat. "I guess"... I said blankly.

"You can tell me". He said.

"It's Luke". I said.

"Luke likes you Roni. He likes you a lot". Calum giggled and look down. He crossed his arms and leaned against the brick wall.

"I don't like Luke".

Calum smirked. "You sure"? He asked.

"HE'S OK I GUESS UGH"! I yelled.

"Knew it"! He said. "Now I have something to ask you. Wanna go out this Friday with me Luke and his new girlfriend"?

My jaw dropped to the floor. GIRLFRIEND? LUKE HAS A GIRLFRINED? I started to laugh like crazy. I felt almost infuriated but relieved at the same time and I mean what girl is stupid enough to date Luke. He may be attractive but he's annoying and not the smartest either. I'm just gonna go on this stupid date to meet this "girlfriend" of his. Besides I'm probably way prettier than her and Luke will just be jealous the whole time. "THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME". I yelled out loud.

Calum laughed. "You ok"? He asked.

"We're gonna have so much fun"! I said in a conniving tone.

Me and Calum went inside for the show. Not that I wanted to be here. I wonder if Luke's girlfriend is here. She better not be! I searched around for the guys and Zelda pushing my way through the crazy teenagers there. Finally I found them right at the front. Someone tapped my shoulder. It was Luke.

"Shows 'bout to start". He was grinning.

"Yeah whatever puke". I crossed my arms. He giggled.

Zelda laughed and so did everyone else around us. Luke ran up to the small little stage which I stood in front of. Zelda waved to him and I slapped her hand. "Don't!" I said.

Luke cleared his throat. His eyes shifted to me quickly and then shifted away. He swallowed and slowly opened his mouth. "Uh I'm Luke and uh we're 5 seconds of summer".

"5 SECONDS OF SUMMER! PSSHT THAT'S THE STUPIDEST NAME I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!" I started to laugh.

Everyone looked at me. I laughed so hard had started to tear up. Zelda then put her hand over my mouth so Luke could talk again.

"This first song is called teenage dirtbag which I'm sure you all know". Luke said. "Enjoy the show".

"I won't enjoy the show". I said sarcastically.

I like teenage dirtbag but Luke singing it just ruins the song for me. "Her name is Roni... I had a dream about her".

LUKE WHAT THE FUCK! HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND AND HE'S TALKING ABOUT ME HMMPH. IM SURE HE STILL LIKES ME AND IS DOING IT FOR MY ATTENITION! I thought.

As the main chorus started I couldn't help but sing "IM JUST A TEENAGE DIRTBAG BABY"! I sang out.

Me and Zelda lay upstairs in our beds. We were sweating from dancing around and singing.

"Her names is Roni". Zelda sang out.

"OH SHUT UP!" I yelled angrily. "Have you know I'm going on a date with calum tommorow".

Zelda laughed. "Wonder how Luke's gonna feel about that".

"Luke has a girlfriend so therefore is no longer interested in me".

Well I don't think he is. At least he shouldn't be. For god sakes the boy has a girlfriend he can't be hitting on me. "Whatever goodnight". I said turning over and pulling the covers a little higher up my body so they were now covering my bare shoulders.
