I pushed through the gates, speeding as fast as I could down the cave with my partner by my side. Our feet stepping in beat as we ran rapidly from the beast behind us.
I knew this was a bad idea, but I just HAD followed him anyway.
I let out a huff and frowned. "I'm tired of all your suggestions getting us into trouble, now we might die!" I yelled, though I might have been over dramatic.
"Alioth a true warrior is never afraid of a fight!" He said heroically.
"Hmmm? Well why don't you turn around and face it?" That'll shut em up.
"I will, I just need to think of a plan before jumping in without a sorted out way of how I'm going to defeat him."
Wow he is serious. He can be such a cutie and goofball and he is so reckless that I don't know what to do with him, but at times like these the boy can really think on his feet.
I smiled. That's exactly why I chose him to be my partner.I then snapped out of my thoughts and realized something...
I STOP RUNNING!
I frantically tried to remember how to run but by the time I had I was stopped by a smack in the back of my head.
I was then sent flying to the other side of the cave but I then got back up like it was nothing. My life had went down and I had no choice but to fight. In all honesty I did want to run again but the beast is already hot on my trial and I probably would just end up getting smacked again. Poor me.
The beast let out another ear piercing scream blowing all his hot monster breath in my face. Dang couldn't this monster at least have some decency?
I was slowly withdrawing my sword when a arrow was shoot through the shoulder of my shirt, pinning me to the far wall. I looked up just in time to see what looked like thousands of boulders landing on top of the monster. A eerie crackling sound could be heard from there but at the same time it was also satisfying.
I heard foot steps heading my way and before I knew it the arrow that was holding me back was ripped from my piece of clothe, ruining my violet shoulder-less top.
But that didn't stop me from forming a smile because right in front of me was my dear partner, Superman Yoosung."I was beginning to think that you had probably left me." I said grinning.
"What, I would never leave you behind Alioth." I had to admit that sentence did make me blush a little but he couldn't see it so I'm just going to pretend that it's not there.
"Well S.Y. You did a great job, you never fail to impress me." I had to give him his props.
"Wow Alioth your making me blush." He giggled.
"Uh well don't get all girly on me alright ." I replied even though he did still continue to make me smile.
When I turned around a bright light was seen from under the pile of boulders. I then gestured for S.Y. to go and collect what he had earned. He slowly made his way over there and retrieved the glowing item.
"So, what is it?" I asked leaning forward a little though I knew I wouldn't be able to see a thing just yet. He gave a small sound that confirmed to me that he probably had a cheeky grin to his face. " 3000 pieces of gold and 2 healing potions." He stated victoriously.
I couldn't even contain my excitement anymore. I let out a big whoop and me and S.Y. did a victory high five. " Now we probably have enough to buy that house." I said.
The house was a kinda big and roomy house. Me and S.Y. Had been planning on buying it ever since we became partners. But of coarse we were gonna have our own rooms because we weren't married, heck we wasn't even a couple! We were just partners planning on becoming the best warriors this land has ever seen, and that's how we liked it.
Once me and S.Y. were done cheering I held up my forearm to show him the marks on my body.
Parts of my brown skin had even darker marks on them and I probably had bruises like those all around my body."I think I'll be taking that healing potion now if you don't mind sir." S.Y. Then searched in his bag and tossed me the potion. I used only half of it up cause I didn't really need it all, and handed it back to him.
"So Superman Yoosung shall we be going now?" I asked.
"Ummm well you can Erin but I'll be playing for a little longer though ok?"
I sighed.
"Alright Yoosung but don't stay up too late ok cause it'll be bad for your health." I then began fade away.
"Oh Erin don't be such a mom, I'll go to bed soon."
I made a face.
"Huh, Yoosung you have to stop calling me by my real name, I told you already that in this world I'm Alioth." I sighed again from the annoyance.
"Sorry Er- I'm mean Alioth, I'll try to keep that in mind but hey, I made a new record of not calling you by your real name."
His smile was the last thing I saw before exiting out of the game. When it had finally turned off I stretched and closed me laptop.
It was nighttime already, probably morning actullay.
So much for me telling Yoosung not to stay up late. But anyway tonight was another long night in the world of LOLOL with my partner in crime Yoosung and I felt a little better.
But tomorrow will be another day with my real life, the reality that I live.
I sighed just thinking about it and turned off the lap I had on.I wasn't ready for the day, I never was.
