NEW FOUND LOVE (JADiNE)

NFL - Prologue

"Ahmm .. Hi, can I ask you something? It's just that, I'm new here and I can't find my way back. Can you tell me the way?" The girl asked.

"Yeah, sure. If you want, you can just come with me. I'm also on my way back." The boy answered.

"Really? Great. =) By the way, I'm Nadine, and you are?"

"James."

"Oh, hi James. =) So, how long have you been here already? Nadine asked.

"Just a week."

While they are walking back to their rented room, they are talking about their selves as if they already knew each other for a long time. James is quite amused with Nadine because the girl is so friendly and easy to be with.

Nadine on the other hand is happy because she met James and she thinks that she already found someone whom she can be with while staying on this place and she can feel that they will be friends. Just the thought of having a new friend here makes her happy because she hates the feeling of being alone. She also misses her bestfriends but she can't just go home yet. She needs time to fixed herself first and move on about everything that had happened to her back there. It's just that, she's not yet ready to face and be with her family and friends again while she's still feeling miserable and broken inside.

"How long do you plan on staying here?" James suddenly asked her.

"Hmm, this place is really relaxing and I super love the scenery here, so I would like to stay here for a long time." Nadine said it because she doesn't know when will she recover and she doesn't know when will she be able to fixed herself and be completely happy again.

"You're right. This place is very relaxing and I also feel like staying here for a long time." James said as a matter of fact.

James can feel that he and Nadine somehow has the same reason on going in this place but ofcourse he doesn't want to go that far. They just met each other a while ago and even if they talked like they knew each other for a long time this is not the right time to asked about her very personal matters.

He's not yet ready to share as well about her personal issues in life especially about his reason why he went to this place.

"At last! We're already here. Thank you so much James. =)"

"You're welcome Nadine, so I guess I'll see you around? My room is just 2 rooms away from here."

"Yeah. See you around and thanks again."

"Okay. See you Nadine. I'll go ahead." James started walking away.

"Ahmm .. James?" Nadine suddenly called James.

James turned back and said, "Yes? You need something?"

"Can we be friends?" Nadine shyly asked.

"Sure, why not?" James answered while smiling.

"So, friends?" Nadine asked and stretched her hand for a hand shake.

"Friends." James said and gladly accepted the hand shake.
