one week later:

Today was a busy day for everyone in our pack. Everyone is setting up for my party and my dad and the beta are getting ready for the Alpha king to come. Over 400 werewolves' will be attending this party. Today Amy, Rose and I are getting ready for tonight we are all hoping we are going to find our mates. I'm not that big on the mating thing but my my mum tells me it's a great thing.

right now the girls and I are at the salon getting our hair done the straightened my hair to the point were it was as straight as a straight line can be. After they were done with our hair we got waxed from head to toe we got pedicures as well as medicures done. By the time we were done it was almost time for the party we drove home in a heart beat and raced upstairs to get ready.

doing my foundation first putting more on the usual my eyes were done with a smoky eye and added with mascara making my eyes pop next I added just a bit of clear gloss not wanting to go over board with the lips since I already had a Smokey eye. I got up and brushed my teeth I walked out to see the girls were done Amy wearing a black maxi dress with a gold chunky necklace hey hair was done up in a tight bun and rose wearing a yellow body con Dress that came just above her mid thigh her hair was culled light usual.

"Here's your dress babe hurry up and put it on." Rose said rushing me into my walk in wardrobe I grabbed my red bra and matching panties to took my red shift dress out of the bag and slipped it on I came a little above my mid thigh. I grabbed my black pumps and added just simple dangly diamond earrings and a matching diamond bracelet

"OMG" they both screamed at the same time as I walked out of my wardrobe

"You look fucking hot!" Amy said laughing

"Alright here is your clutch we put your phone in the and makeup to touch up when you need to." Rose said handing me my black clutch.

We walked down stairs to see my dad, my brother and his mate standing there.

"The limo is waiting for you girls outside remember have fun and be safe!" My dad said rushing over to us and giving us a hug.

"Oh! And happy birthday little sis" tony said nudging me and then hugging me

"Thank you" I said.

"Please welcome to the stage the birthday girl" the DJ said I walked up onto the stage and stood next to the massive birthday cake.

Everyone cheered and whistling.

After a while I got down and headed over to the bar.

"Hello birthday girl what can I get you" a boy about my age asked.

"Vodka mixed with raspberry soda please" I said.

I grabbed a straw and walked back out after I fished my drink I went over to the dance floor and started dancing as I danced around everyone it started to become a Chanel sandwich so I got out and headed outside to get some fresh air.

Something hit me hard it was a smell mixed with vanilla and strawberry.

My wolf said I turned around to see a young man in his early 20's walking over to me. as he got closer I could see his features better, strong jaw line bright blue eyes dark black hair tall around 6 feet great. He wore a black shirt the clung onto him like its life depended on it and he wore dark washed jeans he was beautiful way to beautiful to be my mate.

"MATE." He said in a low voice he pulled me into a hug and straight away I felt sparks mum was right it did feel great.

"What's your name beautiful" he said holding my chin up to look at him

"Chanel, Chanel vela" I said smiling.

"Ahh the birthday girl well happy birthday beautiful" he said kneeling down and kissed my lips lightly making me pout wanting more. He chuckled at my response

"My name is Derrick the alpha king" he said pulling me down to sit on his lap.

"There must be a mistake how the hell is the alpha king my mate" I said to myself.

"Mistake no, destiny yes" he's said wrapping his arms around my waist bringing me close to him.

I got up quick from his lap and pulled out my phone. Texting Amy and rose to meet me in the bathroom upstairs.

"I'm just going to go and ahh see my friends then I'll com get you and we can leave If you want" I said rumbling on.

"Sure babe I'll be at the bar want me to get you anything.

"Yes please and vodka with raspberry soda mixed in it please" I said smiling.

He got up and kissed my lips and walked off I ran upstairs to see the girls fixing their makeup.

"What happen?" They say at the same time.

"Oh nothing just found my mate who happened to be Derrick the alpha king!" I said screaming

"Holy fuck!" They both said screaming.

I grabbed my makeup out and re-applied me made small talk about how they found their mates and that they are from the same pack as derricks which is good.

"So I'm going to go home now with Derrick are you guys coming home with me it's already 2 in the morning." I said smiling.

"Yeah we are let me just go find Ashton and we will meet you guys in the limo" rose said we both nodded and headed off our different ways to find our mates.

I enter the bar area to find Derrick sipping on a drinking and talking to some guy.

"There's my baby" Derrick says wrapping his arm around my waist and kissing my cheek sending sparks all through my body.

"Chanel I want you to meet Ashton he beta" Derrick says to me.

"Nice to meet you Luna" Ashton says.

"Please I mean please call me Chanel" I said smiling.

"Ashton there you are!" Rose said running up to him. Omg he's roses mate how did I not know.

"Here's your drink babe" Derrick says whispering me my ear.

I grab my drink as well and a straw and we make our way to the the limo. We find Amy and her mate making out next to it rose and I start screaming and whistling as we run over to her.

we hop into the car siting next to each other and the other guys sitting across from us. We tell the driver to turn the radio on and we can't stop my Miley cyrus plays we sing at the top of our lungs.

the girls sing as I try to stand up and shake up but I hear a low growl coming from Derrick and I crawl over to him to drunk to walk I hear the girls scream and whistle and the other two guys go over to the girl as I sit on derricks lap.

"Only shake your but like that again in front of me" he says in a stern voice.

"Oh so scared" I said in a fake frighten voice.

The next song that comes on was "twerk it like Miley" I got up and started twerking and going crazy. Soon we arrived home and I took the Champaign bottle out of the car and walking back in side almost face plating lucky Derrick was at my side.

The girls went off to their rooms yes they have their own rooms because they are over way to much so they got their own rooms.

I went to the bathroom and took off all my makeup I walked into my wardrobe getting a loose tank top out and booty shorts once I get changed it walked back out and grabbed the Champaign bottle and took a slip out of it Derrick cam by my side and took it off me.

"I think that's enough for tonight" he said laughing lifting me up and putting me in my bed. I really forget how nice and comfy my bed is I should really appreciate it more. I feel sleep coming upon me not before I get pulled over into a warm chest.

"Goodnight night Chanel" Derrick says kissing the back of my head.

I turn around so I'm Facing him and give him a big kiss of the lips before snuggling into his chest.
