I looked at the floor and dropped her locket. I let her go and she instantly went after the locket. She grabbed it and looked at me for a momment.' Heh, Pap wouldn't have let me do that.' I thought. She smiled at me." Thank you." She said and walked out." Don't worry Carter," she mummbled," just know as you watch over me, that I'm okay." I look at at her confused. She sat on the dead grass. I walked over to her and sat next to her." Lost a brother too?" I asked. She nodded." He was my little brother." She mummbled." Same." I said, looking at the sky. It was no long that light blue, but a blood red. I looked at her." So, what was your brother like?" I asked." He was sweet and innocent, only 5 when he died, then there's my older sister, she was rude, and carless, none the less I loved her." She said smiling." Mom and Dad always knew how to make me smile, heh, such a shame there not here now." She mummbled. I nodded." I lost my brother and friends." I said thinking about all the good times we all had." Strange." She mummbled." What's so strange?" I asked." Oh n- nothing." She said looking away.
