Ok so I'm honestly such a ditz; I've been meaning to make this for forever but I totally forgot until someone requested a cover today.

Ok so. The form is pretty simple it doesn't involve too much stuff (it looks kinda long but some of it just helps me and isn't necessarily required).

Author*: let me know what name you're using
Summary*: (you don't need to be too specific)
Cast/Face claims*: (or description of the character you want on cover)
Mood: (pls do this it's like one word)
Genre:
Any ideas for the cover: (pls even if it's just like a cover don't leave me hanging. But also keep in mind that I can really do whatever I want with the cover.

Okie that's it. Like literally it's not that much it'll take you less than 4 minutes.

Rules
Basically none. Mehhh a few.

1) No hate. I'm not even going to say please because I'm not asking. You will be blocked if you are (extremely) rude or disrespectful to anyone.
2) DM with the correct form (I will ask you for anything I still need; unless you obviously didn't look at this, then I'll ask you to look at the form.)
3) If you don't like the cover, you have a few options; stick with it (idk why honestly), don't use it/keep old one, or ask me to change something and I willingly will, I don't care. If you want me to restart the cover I will, but you'll go to the end of the wait line [if there is one]
4) Please complete the payment. It's really simple it doesn't involve following anyone (you're welcome to though ;)) and it's not that hard to give credit.
4) If you think I did well, please please spread the word because I haven't been getting too many requests and I'd love to have more (watch me jinx that)
5) DO NOT STEAL MY WORK OR ANYONE ELSE'S THAT IS IN HERE!! I have worked my ass off making these and entering contests and it's awesome and super fun but if you didn't do that do. not. steal. my. work. Thank you❤️❤️

Payment
This ones really simple. You have to credit me in the bio of your book. That's it. I ask that you consider following me and voting for my covers and adding this to your library but I don't require anything. I certainly welcome shoutouts and being added to reading lists or dedications or whatever. But all you have to do is put "cover by reineydeer" or whatever my username is at the time it was made [update the username if it's changed if you remember to i say something :)].
