Who's your best friend? Well, I would honestly say I don't have one.
The one person you tell everything to? For me it's my friend Frank... Frank is what I named my truck. Me and my truck are, dare I say it, friends.
The person who knows you better than anyone else? In my case, its my little sister, for sure.
Someone who you trust with all your secrets? My friend Kelvin, whom I met while I was still racing.
Who do you talk to the most? For me its a tie between Frank and my little sister.
Which friend of yours is the one that you always go to for advice? Ellie, one of my best friends ever!
Who have you known the longest? Obviously my younger sister, but also, my friends since 2nd grade (we're seniors in high school now) Jacob and Jessica, aka the twins.
While all these answers are true for me... I don't think that they should be. Something I really need to work on is being as close as I can be with my heavenly father, Jesus Christ. I'm sure this is also true for many of you, as well. I promise I'm not judging or whatever, but your relationship with Christ should be the most important one in your life. Christ is protective of you, he's your heavenly FATHER might I remind you. He should be the answers to all the questions I asked up there, but... He's not, is he?
You know how sometimes you get rebellious with your parents sometimes? We do the same thing with God quite often. All he wants is to love us, he sent his only begotten son to die on a cross for our sins! He wants to save us from our sins so that we can experience an eternity with him.. Because he loves us! He showers us with grace! He saved us! He cares for us so much, there aren't even words to describe it! Don't get rebellious with him, don't challenge him. That means you don't trust him enough to just go with what He's got planned for you! Have faith, friends! None of us deserve any of it, after all, we're all just Gentiles- sinful creatures. For the reward is far greater than you could ever imagine, keep your eye on the prize, live by his word, trust Him, and most importantly, help others receive this amazing gift we've all received by the blood of the ultimate sacrifice.
[My apologies for getting slightly off topic lol, but still...]
Acts 15:8-11
8 God knows people's hearts, and he confirmed that he accepts Gentiles by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as he did to us. 9 He made no distinction between us and them, for he cleansed their hearts through faith. 10 So why are you challenging God by burdening the Gentile believers with a yoke that neither us nor out ancestors were able to bear? 11 We believe that we are all saved the same way, by the undeserved grace of the Lord Jesus."
