Riley's POV
Today my mom is driving me to the airport since I'm leaving for...America my Mom signed me up for the exchange program at school which this year we happened to be going to Virginia. When my mother told me I was going to America we had a giant argument over the subject.

"Hurry up Riley" My Mother yelled up the stairs. "Give me a second Mother" I yelled down the staircase. I grabbed my suitcase and hauled it down the stairs behind me.

"Mother, I don't understand why do I have to go to Virginia." I groaned at my mother. "Now Riley, your going to Virginia whether you like it or not." My Mother said wagging her finger extremely close to my face I roll my eyes as a response and walked out of the door way. "Young Lady, you better smarten up right this instant." My Mother yelled to me as I continued walking away from her.

I strapped myself in the passenger of the car when my Mother backed out of the garage. The whole ride was dead silent neither of us spoke one word to the other except when my mother turned over to say goodbye I could tell she was trying to hole her tears back.

"Children, gather around me." Mrs. Campbell "Now, if anyone of you behaves inappropriately you will be flown back to London, where your parents will pick you up and take you back home, Am I clear." Mrs. Campbell told us like we were children when we're 15-18 years of age. All of my peers nodded in understanding.

After we went through security and all that other horrid shit. We boarded the plane my best friend also missed her flight and if she did I would kill when I got back home. "Riley, sorry I kind of slept in late." Dawn said Running her fingers through her messy bed hair. "Thank god you didn't miss your flight I would be alone, surrounded around arrogant Americans." I gasped. "Riley, they can't be that bad." Dawn said trying to reassure me.

Riley's POV

We finally were exiting the pane with our luggage. We were told to meet Mrs. Campbell in the lobby of the airport.

"Children, the families you will be staying with will have a poster with your name written on to it." Mrs. Campbell repeated over and over again it felt like it was never ending.

~ 1 hour later ~

The family I was staying with hasn't picked me up from the airport according to Mrs. Campbell they had a "family emergency" sure like I'd believe that shit.

Just then they came around the corner holding the poster above their heads. I approached them and they introduced themselves. "I'm Rachel, You'll be staying in my room." A teen around my age said she had medium length hair at least to her shoulders. "I'm Karen, Rachel's Mother." Her Mother said offering me her hand to shake.

We walked towards their car it was a indigo Chevrolet Spark. It was really small and hard to fit into but I could live with that

Their house was so...
