THE ONLY THING SETTING MAN back is himself.

Let yourself free.

The power of forgiveness is a wonderful Almighty thing. When thou forgives , ye becomes a new born creature. You are no longer being held captive stuck in the past whilst existing in the future.

But merely , if we really want to understand what lays ahead us or what could truly be a possibility of the things to come—we must dig a little deeper into our pasts. Or is that but an illusion derived from the idea of correcting ones wrongdoings , ultimately fixing your own history? Is that what is being stated here?

No , not entirely.

Yes , in a case of reaching behind yourself to times afore in applicable situations will give thee a great sense of understanding. This is due to the fact that life can only be understood in backwards motion ; and yet still it must be lived forwards. How contradicting.

It's being here in the now that's so very important. There is no past and there lies no future , truly. Time is a very misleading idea of an entity. All there ever has and will ever be to experience is the present ; in turn for the explanation of it being a gift. We can gain knowledge from the prior events in our lives of course , but we cannot relive them ; and we can hope for the future , but we don't know if that is to come.

This is why it's important to forgive. We are all products of our pasts yes , but don't let it hold you prisoner. Forgive your past. Forgive yourself , for you are the only thing that had sinned against you.

The only thing setting man back is himself.

Let yourself free.

Thine weakened feet of my anatomy proceeded into the springs of freshwater outback the place I'd been cursed with calling home. It was a warm and sunny Friday Afternoon , yet I had plunged myself within the stream clothed in nothing but a porcelain Sunday dress.

"Forgive me Father , for I have sinned." I pleaded as I made my way deeper into the water.

"Forgive me for all my unrighteousness. Cleanse me so that I have purity. I never meant to hurt you."
