Hey guys! This is an update, i'm changing some things<3

*Tessa's PoV*

I was in the garden planting as my guard came to me "Princess, Queen Emma wishes for you to come to her throne, she wishes to see you" I nodded and said "Thank you, you know you can call me Tessa!" I say following him to the throne room. "I know, I just choose not to." I sigh and roll my eyes as I walk in the room and shut the door behind me, "Yes mother?" I say walking to hers and Fathers throne.

"We are holding a ball, that lasts for nine days to find you a husband" Father says before mother could say it, I stood there in shock as I looked at Mother "Is this true? Am I not going to choose who I get to marry? Will it always be you choosing for me?" I ask my voice sounding hurt, sad, and frustrated. Mother looked at me with pity and had sniffled, She was going to cry. It hurt me inside to hear mom sniffle, I walked up and hugged her lightly, "I'll do it" I say

"I am so sorry Tess...." My mother says tearing up, My sister, Ella runs into the room. "Mother! Why didn't you tell me Tess is getting married!!!!" El says(more like yelling) and comes up to me and hugs me lightly as I hug back and shed a few tears. "I'm helping with the dress and Im being your maid of honor!" El says smiling. "Of course you are!" I say patting her head and grabbing her hand. "We will be going out to town with our guards, Mother and Father, We will be back soon, love you!" "Love you too!"

*El's PoV*

We were out in the market looking at snacks and dresses, Tess getting married scared me, Would she stay here? Will she leave and never visit? I don't want that to happen... She can't leave me.... Hopefully she won't leave, I know she won't unless she was forced to.. But i'm glad she is letting me help with everything, I know she will be there when I marry someday.
