"Here comes the wife" Ryder sang as he held me up and walked into our new apartment. I giggled at his silliness as he smiled widely at me. He set me down on my feet as we looked around the apartment. We didn't have that much things just the basics. "Well this is nice" he smiles awkwardly as he looked at the mattress and boxes around the small apartment. I walked over to the kitchen to unbox some dishes. "The ring is too small" Ryder said as he chewed on his bottom lip. I looked down at my hand with a smile, "Yes but i love it". I looked back at my husband who had a big grin on his face. "Maybe we should start our honeymoon?" Ryder asked with a smirk as his arms were wrapped around me, i rolled my eyes at his intentions. Suddenly my phone rang and I had to grab it. "Ryder it's my job maybe we can honeymoon later" I smiled before kissing him. He nodded understanding me, this is why I love him.
"Hey Mel" I smiled as I walked into the building. "Hello Mrs.Scanlon" she winked as she stood up from her chair but quickly held herself up. "Hows the twins?" I asked walking over to her to help her. "Kicking" she smiled, I looked down at her growing belly with a smile. We heard a knock on the door and Mel told them to come in.
"Hey Mel hey Leila" Stephanie smiled. "Hey" we both replied. "What do you need Stephanie?" Mel asked with a smile. "Well since you're leaving there will be an election" she stated. "Oh no he's not running is he?" Mel asked which Stephanie nodded. "Who's he?" I asked confused by why Mel was worried. "Ms.johnson the witch" they both said in sync. "What's wrong with her?" I asked looking at the two girls who were horrified. "She's the one that wanted school standardized testing to count half of the grade" Stephanie said which caused me to gasp. "That's horrible" I said since i hated those exams. "Yeah well we need to find someone who's likable and smart" Mel said huffed. Stephanie looked at me and then Mel looked at me which caused me to look at her confused.
