"Jack?" I choked out.

"Alyssa, what are you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same thing."

He folded his arms across his chest. "He's my college friend I met at a tour. Now it's your turn."

I opened my mouth to create a lie but the shirtless guy, who I'm guessing is Alec, spoke first.

"She's my sisters friend and wanted to give her a place but since she doesn't have any money," he said assuming we knew the rest.

Jack still looked confused so he finished. "So I'm letting her crash here."

"But she has brothers," Jack said looking a little annoyed.

"Listen Jack. I didn't want to bother them and try work all the time to feed themselves. I don't want them to have to work extra for me. Plus Jillian said it was no problem 'cause her brother is rich," I joked but Jack didn't laugh.

"No. If you are going to stay anywhere it's with me," Jack argued.

"Oh my lord. I give up. Everything I do pisses you off. I'm staying here and that's that." With that I walked into the house and then turned around.

"Where do I put my bags?"

"In your room. I'll show you there now," Alec replied.

He looked towards Jack. "You can either stay here or go home. If you are just gonna argue please leave because she is a guest and I'm not dealing with that shit."

Jack rolled his eyes and went upstairs only to come downstairs a minute later and leaving the house slamming the door behind him.

"Hey, listen-" I began.

"No. Don't say anything. We weren't that close anyway. So Alyssa is it?" He smiled.

"Yeah but people call me Al."

"I like Alyssa," he grinned. "Follow me, Alyssa."

He started to walk up the stairs. When I walked up the stairs I saw that there were 4 rooms and a bathroom. Alec walked down the hall stopping at the second last room and gesturing for me to go inside. I walked inside to see a beautiful room.

The walls were a turquoise colour and the bed had a navy blue blanket with matching pillows on it. The dressers were a dark brown and the curtains were a light brown. There were a few items of décor, mostly sport stuff.

"I'm sorry if it's kind of manly-ish." I turned hearing Alec talk. He was stretching as he spoke.

When he stretched you could see all the defined muscles and god, he's so attractive.

"Hey! Stop staring it's rude." I jumped at his voice and I think I became a tomato.

"Well enjoy. I'm going to make supper. Come down in half an hour," he spoke as is I wasn't blushing really badly.

He walked out but not without turning around and winking.

I spent the next half-hour unpacking my things, brushing my hair and changing.
