I used to live alone. No one to take care of me. Far off on a farm close to the county's river. My ancestors used to own this farm. Each generation being handed the responsibility to treat and prosper from it. By the time it came into my hands, the place was worn out and useless. Most of the animals died due to malnutrition or not being able to reproduce because of age. I was only twenty two when my father handed it to me. He was considered a high class business man. According to him, he was not cut out for the outdoor lifestyle, so he packed up his stuff and left me with nothing to live on. My mother died during labour.

Being the first born I had no brothers or sisters. My father was a reasonable man, even though he slaved me, I still loved him. He died in New York, three years after he left me. If it wasn't for his step-sister who he stayed by, Maire, my father's death would still be unknown to me.

I suffered greatly for some months. I no longer received my monthly cash in from him. I had no money since the farm couldn't provide and meet my required needs. For days i would go without food. The little garden next to the family's cemetery wasn't bearing anything, not even the beans which I avoided eating on a regular basis. My life was in a complete mess.

One day, I decided to take a cool walk around the back of the farm. I admired its beauty and the scenery of its magnificent tall trees towering over the clear and glistening lake. It was a beautiful site, yet so disturbing. You see, the family cemetery was built behind the farm. Every ancestor that was ever recorded to live or to die was buried in this graveyard.

Then one mysterious day something strange happened. More like an experiment that evolved into a freak accident. I worked at the SFP (Science For the People) when my father was around. Not much was being paid fortnightly so I decided to leave the job and help my father as a farmer. Some might say, "Oh! You work at SFP? There must be alot of income..", but I wasn't actually working in the building itself. I just collected the daily mail and cleaned out the offices. Yes, I was a mailman.

Even though I flunked in Science.....and Math.....and English.....and the end of it I dropped out of school, I had an interest in experimenting and learning about how things worked or how they came into existence. My father could not pay the annual school fee so I had to be home schooled. Every day I walk into the labs, my eyes fill with water to know that I would never become someone who can be in here with a reason, to wear one of those crisp, clean, and white lab coats, and to show off my inventions to the press (when really I just  mixed a few chemicals here and there with my goggles hugged around my face, making my eyes look like they have some type of knowledge deep within them).

My dream of being a world renowned scientist was crushed, but that didn't stop me from trying. I persisted and everyday I tried new chemicals with the famous formula my Dad cooked up. It allowed the aging process of cabbages to enhance on its own. I always knew this remedy might bring us fame and fortune in the near future but two weeks after attempting and failure, my Dad gave up on it. Me, on the other hand never stopped trying. Then one day something big happened.

It wasn't literally me who came up with the mixture but I couldn't go around saying that my cat was playing Doctor Seuss and accidentally spilled a few seasonings into the mixture. Whatever he did worked, after that everything finally turned the corner and headed towards success. Reporters from around the state heard about me and they all came to hear my story. Of course I changed it up here and there in order to make it sound more realistic, but on the other hand everyone loved it.

The news eventually travelled and I forgot about my home town. I was known as the man who had the magic to grow anything. Yes! Anything! People came just to see it work on vegetables at first, then one day a brave glabrous soldier decided to have a change. I was at first skeptical about it but he insisted. To my surprise it worked instantly, he walked away with a plastered grin on his face and a full head of luscious hair.

I became rich, the glory, the fame and mostly..the money. It made cancer patients grow by thier hair, but only for a short period of time. It had the ability to grow body parts as well. The only down fall about growing a part of your body like your feet was that you had no control.

One day a very lean lady thought that her muscles were becoming a bore and wanting her frontal areas to enhance. When she heard of me she gave me a call and that was when I had that crazy idea of trying it on body parts. The customer left satisfied but I was not yet pleased. I wanted more of this new theory to develop.
