"Perhaps such a great love isn't meant to be returned." This is the most painful thing that happened to my life. I didn't know that loving someone could hurt you so much. It feels like it's the end of the world. I don't know what to do or who I want to talk about this. But there's only one thing that I knew, no matter what I do, she's still the one I love.
It seems like it was only yesterday. I still remember those times that I cannot truly forget. It happened during my 3rd year high school. Its just a normal day, I talked to my classmates, we have fun together, and eventually we all became close to each other and we treated ourselves like a big family. And then there's this new student that transferred to our school, when you look at her she's beautiful but I'm not interested in her. At that time my classmates used to tease me to that girl but as the time pass by, I started to feel that I'm slowly falling in love with her. At that moment I don't know what to do and I feel so confused so I talked about this matter to my best friend.
"Hey Ethan! There's something I need to tell to you."
"What is it Brylle?" he said.
"Uhmm, there's a girl that I like."
"Oh! Really ? Who's the lucky girl? Haha."
"Well she's our classmate, Jodie"
"Woah! Why not tell her that you like her?"
"I'm afraid that it will ruin our friendship."
"If you don't tell her, there's no chance she'll reject you, but there's also no chance you'll have a relationship."
"Isn't it better if we stay friends?"
"Well, if you say so, I'm just here to talk about your love problems."
"Thanks Bro!"
After that I keep my feelings for myself. We became close friends and then suddenly I bumped into someone, I was surprised I didn't think that I can run into her, she's my crush when I was 1st year and everyone knows that I like her. When I first saw her she took my breath away, every time I look at her my heart is beating fast, her beauty mesmerizes my soul.
"Oh! Hi Brylle How are you?" she said.
"Hi Ady , its nice to see you again." (she's looking pretty as always...what the hell am I thinking of?!)
"Oh! its time already I need to go, see you."
"Oh, ok bye".. (Damn, I can't take my eyes off her...)
"Ehem, it looks like you're having feelings for her again." Ethan said
"Can you please shut up Ethan."
"Just kidding don't take is seriously bro hahaha!
A few months later our Christmas vacation started. I opened my laptop and checked my facebook and chatted my friends. Meanwhile I saw some notifications on my facebook and opened it.
"(Oh, Jodie posted something let me look at this.)"
JODIE: Merry Christmas Everyone!! I miss you guys!!
"(I think I should comment something..Hmm..)"
BRYLLE: I miss you too Jodie.
JACOB: Hey Jodie you should respond to him! Haha!
SOPHIE: Omg! What's happening!
BRYLLE: She's not giving me attention...huhu..
JODIE: You're crazy! Love you! Just kidding hahaha!
BRYLLE: Love you too.
JODIE: Aww, I feel like i'm having butterflies in my stomach..Its still lonely tho..
BRYLLE: Why?
JODIE: Because this is the limit of our silly play, I know someone else is important to you as you are to me.
BRYLLE: Hahaha.. Aw..
JODIE: Hahaha.. Just kididng!
After our conversation, I truly realized that i really like her but I chose to hide my feelings because i wanted to keep our friendship. After our Christmas vacation we go back to our classes and our JS Prom is going near, of course I want to invite Jodie to be my partner for that night.
"Hey Ethan! (whispers) You think I should invite Jodie?"
"Yeah! You should. Oh wait! She's coming here. Good luck!"
"Brylle! Can I talk to you for a minute?" she said.
"Yeah sure. So what is it?"
"Uhmm. Can you be my partner for the prom? Well if you don't mind."
("Oh my God! She's asking me out! Of course I will say yes! Thank you Lord!")
"Yeah sure, I don't mind." (HELL YEAH!)
