Sam: *throws up* *groans* i dont want u to see me like this
Dean: baby what are u talking about?

Sam: *feels like crying* i just need some time *goes to room and locks the door*
Dean: *calls Cas* Cas we need ur help Sammy isnt feeling well can u come and find out what wrong with him?
