Meet the Wolf

Usually on Saturday night people go out and hangout until drunk but I'm just chilling in my room stare outside the window, seeing the city lights at night.

"Ly, what are you doing?" my brother Zwart comes with a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallow at his right hand and give it to me.

"I'm just seeing the city. It's pretty cool." sipping that hot chocolate makes me warm.

"Well, all the girls I know is hang out with their friends at Saturday night."

"I'm just like being at home. Besides, my friends are out with their family."

"Mom and dad can't go home early today, as usual."

Yeah, mom and dad is always busy with work and leave us in this big house with our maids. Only me and my brother is at home. Don't have that normal family dinner or gathering.

"Oh shit, I'm late!" Zwart runs off with an empty cup in his hand and put it in front of the counter downstairs when I follow him and stand behind the balcony.

"What's with the hurry?"

"I forgot that Mike's party is tonight. What time is it?"

"It's 8 pm. Are you late yet?" I looked at the big granfather clock in the living room that's ticking.

"Whew it's still an hour away. Anyways, take care. If you're hungry, tell Mrs.Grad to cook something."

"Okay, take care!"

The door clicks as Zwart go outside to the basement to get his metalic blue car and drove off.

"Alone again..." I walk down to get Mrs.Grad to make me something.

"Mrs. Grad? Where are you?"

"Yes Ly? What can I get you?"

"I want burger with bacon and eggs." I've been craving those for hours and finally I get some.

While waiting for Mrs.Grad to cook, I opened my messages. Oh! Jenny texted me.

---"Where are you?"--- It's rare to see Jenny asked me where am I.

---"I'm at home, why?"---

*Ding*

"That was fast." I thought.

---"I'll be there at 10! Otw, ttyl."---

---"Okaaayyy...?"---

"Jenny is coming? Gosh my room looks like a Titanic. Mrs. Grad, can you please clean my room? Thanks." I shouted. "Oh and make another burger with bacon and eggs."

"Who's coming?" Mrs.Grad asked. She's been my maid since my brother still a baby until now. She's still young and a second mom to me.

"It's Jenny, and you know her. She wants that bacon."

"Haha, okay. Coming right up!"

I run upstairs to get my laptop and comeback to the living room. Checking my emails, and looks like many people commenting and liking my new post on Instagram.
I like posting my paintings and arts that I made and post it. I'm just glad many people are interested in it. I thought not many people like this kind of stuff. At first I'm just posting just for fun and entertainment.
*Ding dong*

"I'll get it!" I stand up and walk to the door and open it. It's Jenny!

"Hey girl!!" she hug me tight and so am I. She's been in Seattle for the whole summer.

"Gosh I missed you! Come in." I sit at the sofa next to Jenny.

"So, what's brings you here?"

"Well, I smell bacon!" Jenny turns her head and stand up to get our food.

"Thanks Mrs.Grad" I said.

"Enjoy!"

"Mmm... bacon!" I start eating my burger and bacon with hunger. That juciy meat makes me feels at heaven!

"So, school is starting and I know you're lonely..."

"Whattdya mean?" my mouth still full and my head full of questions too.

"I'm staying with you, the whole semester."

"Whaattt???!!!" I literally screaming now. Jenny is staying. What's more better than that?

"What's going on?"

"Well, my parents are staying at Seattle for work and I'm scared at home alone so, I asked your mom to stay for the whole year!"

"This is the best!"

"I'll move in by tomorrow. Come and help me at 10 am ok?"

"Deal!"

-The next day-

"Ugh, how many boxes left?" I start to feel my legs are numb right now, I can't feel them!
"About two or three, I guess?" Jenny just stands there with innocence and think about the boxes.
Okay, I give up.
"You know this is not light, right? I can't feel my legs!"
"I'll treat you pizza okay?" Jenny rolled her eyes. That's more like it!
"Okay, now I'm hyped!" I started to move the boxes faster.

"Aaand... we're done!" I stretched my arms and back, hurts so much.
"Now let's get that pizza!" I walked and get in to the car and Jenny in the driver seat and start the engine.

As soon we got to the pizza place we ordered a pizza packed with cheese and another with classic pepperoni cheese pizza.
I march my pizza into my mouth and having a chit chat with Jenny.
Jenny is a sweet girl, that who always got your back. Strong and independent. She's in the student organisation, smart and very popular. Sometimes I'm jealous at her. She always surrounded by people and really looked professional. Those glasses she wears make her looked serious and tough.

"Are you okay?" Jenny stares at me, I just laugh awkwardly because I am awkward.
"What do you mean? I'm always okay!"
"Let's finish out pizza and you're gonna come with me to the mall."
Jenny doesn't like shopping, she's not girly and her fashion sense is bad like literally. She only wears a t-shirt and jeans with flats. A little bag hanging at her shoulder.
"No! Last time you shopped its a half a day in the mall and you buy me stuffs that I can't wear and won't wear!" Jenny pouted her cheeks. She's like a sister.
"Hahaha, this time I'll go easy. Okay? It's been a longgg time since I'm shopping with you" I put my cute face on her
"I have a bad feeling about this..."
After we eat, we went to the mall near the pizza place.
