Chapter One: Green Lantern

Just for all of you non-comic book readers Hal Jordan is Green Lantern.

Two boys look on their tablet of news happening in Gotham City on the city bus. Gotham City's reporter Vicki Vale says, "New insight on the rash of terrifying abductions plaguing Gotham City. Warning; This footage may be too mature for younger audiences." The tablet shows a man at an ATM, as he tries to make an withdrawal a hooded figure tackles him off Camera."Is this the mysterious Batman who's been spotted in Gotham?"

"Uh, stop it, Max. Too scary."
"I'm the Batman, Charlie. I've come to suck your blood."

  As the bus takes off a woman dashes for it. "Hey, come on. Stop the bus, damn it." But then a bulky cloaked figure grabs the woman and flies up in the air. As the creature jumps from rooftop to rooftop, Green lantern approaches the monster. "Going somewhere, buddy?" Green Lantern identifies the monster as an alien just as it flees." All right. You wanna dance? Let's dance." Then Green Lantern zooms closer to the alien and creates a green dragon construct that surrounds the alien. The dragon roars scaring the civilian and the alien. Hal boasts and exclaims, "Your move, precious." Unfortunately the alien uses both hands to throw the woman off his shoulder. "No, no. Don't." says Hal. The woman falls through the air screaming. "Crap." whispered Hal. As he dived to the woman. He makes a baseball glove construct then it forms into an elevator. "Going UP-" The elevator dings and opens. The woman asks, "You saved me?" "Sure did." Green Lantern says boastfully as he looks at his ring. "The name is--"
"What's the catch?" the lady asks aggressively.
"What?" Hal says confusingly.

  The woman puts her hands on her hips,"What's it gonna cost me?" the woman says annoyingly in a New York accent. "You're welcome, lady." Hal says sarcastically. He rolls his eyes as he flies away. "And how am I supposed to get down from here now?" the lady yells.  Hal flies around the building and mumbles to himself,"Now, where did my creepy crawly get to?" The Alien jumps out from behind and tackles Hal. They tumble to a huge neon sign saying 'Food.'The 'O' explodes on impact. The Green Lantern lies on the rooftop with fire around him and groans. The alien is perfectly in visual clear. "High-tech armor, huh?" The alien grins as his blue bright stripes on his golden metallic body illuminates in the fire. It has metallic horns and its helmet covers it's face. Only revealing its gray and brown skin. Then the alien grabs Hal and growls.

  "You're gonna have to do better than that." Hal says with a smirk on his face. The Alien throws a right hook then uppercuts him with his left fist then blows a punch to Hal's stomach. He finally ends it with a left hook throwing Hal to the other rooftop. Hal tumbles and groans, when he stops sliding through the roof he tiredly says, "Okay, that was better." The alien rushes in and stomps on his chest. Before it can knock him out, The Batman dives in, holding onto his grapple gun and brings the monster to the opposite rooftop. The alien crashes on its back with Batman standing on it's chest and aggressively asks, "What were you doing at the docks?" "I want answers." Batman demands. Then the alien blows fire out of it's mouth. Batman dodges the attack and barrel rolls out. He then sprints to the edge of the rooftop. Unfortunately the alien fires a hot breath to Batman but then Batman cartwheels to his right and dodges the attack. But then tumbles and rolls on the floor. As he struggles to get up the alien punches Batman with his right arm. Batman slides on the floor, before he can get beaten again, a white light appears behind the alien. A train roaring sounds through the air, Batman rolls out of the way as the green train construct crushes the alien against a wall.  The alien lays under some rubble and is most likely unconscious. Batman hangs on the edge of the rooftop. He climbs onto the roof, Green lantern uses his ring to put a spotlight on him. Batman uses his arm to block the bright light shining off Hal's ring. 

  "Batman?" Green Lantern asks."You're real?" "Turn it off." Batman demands. "I had him." Green Lantern says. "Clearly." Batman says sarcastically. "Now, turn off the damn light before they see us." "Before who sees us?" Hal questioned. Multiple helicopters glide by with the message,"This is Gotham P.D. Put your hands in the air. Put your hands in the air."
 Green Lantern whispers,"They don't like us much." as he puts his hands up.
  "The world's afraid of us." Batman says with much knowledge.
  Hal says,"You say that like it's a good thing."
  "it's necessary." Batman says in a dark tone.
