"I'm so happy Trent, so in love, he's so perfect," I sighed to my bestfriend. We met at Cove Cafe this afternoon,

at my request. Trent was my ex-boyfriend turned bestfriend, my partner in crime, and my escort in every

party. Because our parents were the best of friends, magkababata kami ni Trent, and since highschool they

been pushing us together. Kaya naman dahil wala din kaming nagugustuhan na iba we decided to give it

a try, hoping na mai-inlove kami. Napamahal naman kami sa isa't-isa pero parang sa magkapatid lang,

so after two years of trying napagusapan na lang namin na hayaan na lang na ang alam ng lahat

na kami pa rin para less pressure sa mga parents na gustong gusto ng magka-apo, ang usapan namin

ay maghihiwalay if we find someone we like a lot or if we fall for someone else. A convenient partner

lang for every parties and occasions that we attend, then I met Kaylen and fell so hard. So out of respect

for my bestfriend, I told him first. "He makes me so happy Trent, he's my dream guy, he's everything

I'm looking for in a partner," I gushed excitedly. "Look at me Isobelle," hinawakan ni Trent ang kamay

ko. "Are you sure with this guy?" tanong niya. "Yes Trent," sagot ko. "Okay, I'm happy for you, I

wanna meet him sometime," at masuyo niya akong niyakap. "Thanks Trent, I'll introduce him soon,"

nakangiting sagot ko.

"What a nice scene, Isobelle. So, is this your past time? Stringing and playing dumb men along," a cold

voice asked. "Kaylen!" gulat kong sambit. "Does your boyfriend here knows how you played the innocent

slut last night?" "Kaylen, what are you saying?" nakikiusap kong tanong. "Bastos ka! Who the hell are

you?" galit na galit na sabi ni Trent. Nagpawala na ng suntok si Trent na ginantihan naman ni Kaylen.
