Ashlyn Evens, a 16 year old sinior and the daughter to the best police chief the town ever had in all its years of bing there, was a total reaject. At least in her eyes. Anyone would think that she would love all the attention whenever he dad solved a case or she got good grades, but no. She hated everyone, they all hurt her by calling her out on her apperince and her actions, the teachers where almost as snoopy of her as her mother was.
Ash sat on her bed silently as her mother serched her room for anything she could scold her daughter for, drugs, dirty books or magizens, anything. Her dad leaned agenced her black door jam and watched as her mom came up from inside her closet empty handed.
"I told you you wouldn't find anything! Now get out."
Her father shook his head, some of his black and slightly gray hair falling away from his slicked back style, the gel finally loosing its grip. Ash's mother whiped her head around to her rude, snappy daughter, but did not look at her with scorn and dissapointment but with love and protectiveness. She sat beside Ash on her black and red accented covers.
"Ashlyn, I only want to keep you away from all that bad stuff going on at your school and in the world. Your father says the same thing. We want to help you."
Ash sighed and closed her electric blue eyes. She said nothing more as her mother and father exeted the room, saying that dinner would be ready in about and hour. The black haired girl lay back on her bed sheets and sighed again. Her cat Monika pushed open her bedroom door from its slightly open state and settled beside her, curling up agenced her leg and falling asleep. Ash pulled her laptop off her side table and turned it on. While it loaded she got up, much to the dissapointment of Monika who had just gotten comforable, and undressed. Slipping out of her clothes she shivered slightly, not because of the cold, but because of the feeling of being watched. After standing there for a few seconds she dressed quickly. Sitting down infront of her computer and beside Monika, who curled up agnced her once again, she crossed her legs and pulled the laptop onto her lap. Logging on she clicked her internet to bring up the home page, serching in youtube she typed up some of her favoret songs and stuck her earphones in her ears going to her blog page. She began to type up her typical rant about snooping parents when her word document opened on its own, she got the weird shiver again from the feeling of being watched and tried to exit the document. Words in red came onto the screen and she gasped softly, scared for once in her life.
"You shouldnt have done that..."
Being who she was Ash was about to yell at her laptop to fuck off and let her vent her life. Ashlyn typed back to the strange red words.
"Why? All I want is to vent to the internet about my problems."
The red text sent dots and then closed the document on its own, choosing not to save it.
Ash finished her blog wright up and logged off her computer. Looking up at the dark room her eyes widened as she looked on. A dark subtance was running slowly down the white of her wall. She got up and skirted the wall, flipping on her light switch she screamed.
Written in dark red blood was her name, Ashlyn Evens.
