Your Pov

You were siting at home finishing you home work when you notice your best friend outside your window. "Shadow?" You yell to him. "Hey princess! come out here" He yells back at you. "Ok Give me a minute!" you yelled wondering what he's doing out side of your window.

You finished the rest of your home work. And ran out side to see what your Bestfriend wanted. "Hey shadow! What's up? "You asked the black and red haired boy.

"Nothin really princess just wanna show you something "he said pulling you toward the forest.

"Shadow were are we going ? "

you asked worried you were lost. "Shadow!"You hissed because he didn't answer the first time.

"Dammit! What princess? "He asked annoyed . "Were are we going ?"You asked a little angry. "To my secret place." He said a little less annoyed.

"Ok.."You said not very happy that he wasn't telling you . But you let it go and continue to let shadow drag you were he wanted. "Here we are!" He said with a grin. You pulled back the two giant tree branches. "Wow shadow this is.. " "Amazing" shadow said cutting you off.

You just nodded and breathed in the fresh air. "Follow me princess. "He said pleased that You were enjoying the view. "Shadow what else is there to see ?" You asked

"Lots." he said with a big grin. You followed him to a big beautiful lake and a flowery meadow "Shadow I love it!" You said hugging him "I'm glad princess. Because I'm willing to share this place with you. " He said grinning

"Oh.. So your willing huh? How about your gonna have to now since I've seen how beautiful it is and all. "You said with a teasing smile. "Oh sure princess! Like you can make me do any thing. "He said with a teasing tone. "Wanna bet?" You said playfully

10 minute later

"Shadow! It getting late I got to go home." You said not wanting to leave. "Fine! I'll walk you home princess." He said following behind you. "So.."you said trying to break the silence of him obviously not wanting to tell you something.

"I have to go away for two weeks! But I'll be back..I promise (y/n)! "He said with a regretting tone. Thinking that's the first time shadow has called you by your name and not princess something really bad might happen to him.

"But shadow! you always go on these weird missions with your dad. Why can't he just go and you stay with my family? "You whined. "Because princess these are missions that involve me to." He frowned

"Fine! I guess I'll have to watch all my scary movies by my self then." You said teasing him some more. "That's my girl! He said with a bright smile. Oh and don't go to the secret place with out me ether. "

" No promises!" you yell as he walks back toward his place. You were now on your porch. You "sighed" as you watch he's figure disappear in to the night

"Mom! I'm home were's jake ? "You asked wondering were your brother was. "He's with Jason!" Your mom yells back. oh.. you sighed

Jason was your stepdad and jakes real dad. Your mom meet him after your real dad ran out on you when you were little.

Not caring enough about were Jason toke your brother at this time of night. you ran up stares to your room and plugged in you headphones to your iPod. And drifted to sleep.

Next day
you woke up with the felling some one was watching you. but shaking that feeling off you walk down stares were you mom had breakfast ready. "hey honey why aren't you ready for school?" Your mom asked "I'm not going to day mom I don't really feel that good." you yawned "Ok fine But tomorrow you have to go. "She said a Little disappointed
