Chris ran through the school halls, dodging people left and right. "Stupid ADD." She muttered. The teacher teamed her with one of the bullies, Allison. She had gotten really distracted, as she sometimes did in class, and added too much of one if the chemicals. The result..... rather not say. Long story short, there was a bully after Chris, and this time, Chris would get more than just a lecture on why she was stupid.

Just when she thought she was safe, something pinned her to the wall. "you think you could escape me? " Allison scoffed. "You'll have to do better than that." Allison let go of Chris, and let Chris take a few steps away from the wall. "You're just a stupid waste of space. Nobody cares about you." Allison pushed Chris into the wall agian." You're just a useless piece of junk that should have been thrown in the garbage a long time ago. It's no wonder you Parents left you." Allison said. "No! My mom and dad are coming back for me!" Chris cried. In reply, Allison punched her in the eye, then walked away, as if nothing had happened, leaving Chris alone in the hall. Tears formed in her eyes, and Chris sobbed silently. Her parents were going to come back for her. Someday. She knew that. And she wasn't worthless. Or stupid. She was loved.

Chris gathered up her things and ran to her next class.

Chris ran out of the school, into the parking lot, and across the street. She had to get home soon, so she could help the other kids in the orphanage do their homework.
