'T, you've always been the type who get too much of everything, that's why you never get the things you really want.''

"We're over, Fire. Let's break up."
Fire sighed and raked his hand trough his hair.
"If that's what you want, T." He replied and looked at me in the eyes. I looked back at him and nodded.
He sighed again and gave me a weak smile.
"Ok then. But we're still friends, right?"
I smiled at him and nodded.
"Yea, of course, Fire."
"Thanks. Well, I gotta go now. Got a class to attend. Bye T."
I waved at him and watched him walk out of the coffee shop and out of my life. Because even though we established that we were friends, I know Fire wouldn't talk to me anymore, like my previous boyfriends.
I sighed. Another break up, T. I know I was the one who broke up with Fire but I was hoping he wouldn't agree, that he wouldn't let me go, then I'd know his feelings for me were sincere. But he was just like the rest. They tell me they love me, but after weeks and I tell them we're over, they just accept it like it is expected. I know I don't have the best reputation in our school, but won't they at least try?
"He is not worth it, Tiara."
I looked up at the voice and smiled. He sat down on the seat that Fire was occupying earlier.
"Hey, Azrael." I greeted once he was seated.
"Why don't you take a break, Tiara? You know, wait for the right one?" He suggested/asked.
"I know, Azrael. Naisip ko din yan. I told myself after Fire, I'll take a break." I answered while playing with the straw of my Frappe.
Azrael didn't say anything for a while so I decided I'll do the talking.
"You know, I had a lot of hope for Fire. That I thought he was the one. We lasted for 2 months, record na sakin yun. So I tested him. I told him we're over. I thought he'd fight for me, you know. Na hindi sya papayag sa gusto ko dahil gusto nya talaga ako. But I guess I got my hope too high."
Azrael shook his head.
"Forget it. Forget them all. When the time comes, your prince charming will come and sweep you off your feet." He said with his smile that girls go gaga over with.
"Tsk, tsk. Let's just go home, Az." I said and stood up. He stood up, too, and took my books that was on the table.
"I'll handle these." He said.
"Ever the gentleman." I teased.
"Everything for the princess."
I shook my head but smile, nonetheless.
I am Tiara Page Pristine. Everyone sees me as the slut the whore, the flirt, the bitch. I hear them people whispering behind my back, them throwing me insults. But I am a princess, and I refuse to let their words get to me.
