Leah Westland was a good person. Straight A student, respectful at all times, college bound, musician in the making, yet one of the most emotionally detached people when it came to building relationships with others. But, that was okay. As long as she continued her path to Harvard, she didn't need anyone else besides her immediate family members.
For a while, at least.
Life changed like a hurricane striking an unsuspecting town. People who were around in January couldn't be heard from in December. It's troubling, really. But, that was okay.
