 I'm not giving up

 just breaking down

the world is spinning at my feet.

 Im not giving up,

 just breaking free

sickened by the chains this life has tied to me.

 I'm not letting go,

 i now see that

I'm not as stuck as you led me to believe

The possibilities are swirling all around me.

I'm not trapped in this chasm

my wings they start to spasm

as they expand and lift me off the ground

the scenes are all around me

 replaying in my mind

but I will never give up

I will always be free

With these wings I'm soaring high

The higher they fly,

The harder they fall

Falling not flying

Not at all

The wings that were once found

Are now severely broken

Falling not flying

Hurts everything and all

Take my cursed hand

You’re not free you’re bound

Bound to me you broken thing

Caged again, shackled to my side

I’m your despicable king

To watch such a thing

Happen from above

Torture to see

Him call what he feels love

Diving down from the clouds

Torture to see

Her cuffed once again

Swimming into the air

I’m coming to save you

Hurt her i dare

I'm losing my mind

Delirious with fear

He cares for me not

Yet calls me his dear

His dear little angel

Who fell with all her might

A little piece of light

To shine in his dark

But what is a light that no one can see

Except desperately fading and lonely

I'm losing my mind

Please help me see through this darkness

For it makes me so blind

This insanity is uncaring and unkind.

Escape she shall not

I will not let her go

Her savior is waiting

Waiting for my blow

To kill him in one strike

To leave her all alone

With me for her to like

I shall love to play this show

My captive shall stay eager for my presence

As slowly I drain her heavenly essence

The trickster is patient

Patient for his win

Lose I will not

For Right over powers sin

Love I will smother her in

Wild and free

With my love I will heal her

Her and her wings

Fly away she will

Right next to me

We shall fly together

For all eternity

Fog rises into the twilight

For evil and good shall fight

The wicked one walks this way

The Righteous one runs to the brawl

The wicked one withers and slowly starts to crawl

What is this? My power cannot die

It isn’t me, I have not attacked you

I'm tired of your madness

I'm tired of you guise

I'm filled with all things hate

I caused your demised

The broken angel now shrouded in sin

Turns to her savior with a sad little grin

I couldn’t let you sacrifice

What you had for me

I love you so much but we cannot be

A broken angel is not for you

You deserve better, you do

But I don’t want a perfect angel

I want you.
