Until the World Stops Turning (A Baby Quintis FanFic)

Chapter One: Happy

He walked in and the world just stopped. 

          My name is Happy Quinn. I am 29 years old. I am a genius mechanic for a team called Scorpion. When I was born, my mother died and my father became an alcoholic so he gave me up for adoption. I never found a real home, but I made the best of it. After giving up, I met Walter; the leader of Scorpion. Walter and Toby are the only people that I can trust. I have a hard time with trusting people because of what I went through as a child. But it doesn't matter anymore because I have Scorpion and Toby.

           I walk into the garage and everyone stares at me laughing. "What?" I ask confused.

"I...um...like your outfit." Toby says giggling. I look down and see that I forgot to change out of my cow onesie pajamas. I laugh nervously and walk to my work station as Toby follows behind. 

"Hey Happy." he says excitedly and adjusts his hat. He looks so cute with his hat on, but I wonder why he is so attached to it.

"Hey Doc." I reply nonchalantly and look up to see him playing with the udders on my onesie..."What're you doing down there?" I ask amused.

"Well, I've always wanted to know what it felt like to milk a cow..."He says. I shake my head and laugh.

"Toby, milking a cow is so unsanitary." Sylvester says while sanitizing his hands in disgust.

"Calm down, Sly. It's just Happy. I'm pretty sure she is cleaner than an actual cow." Toby says sarcastically. As soon as I go to start my project, Walter comes in and tells Team Scorpion that we have a new mission. I am so excited for today's mission because we get to go to Japan and help their president find a way to get out of a space rocket, but then I look down and I remember that my first trip to Japan will be in a cow onesie...lucky me.

When we get back to the garage, Toby and I sit down on the couch. I may act like I don't like to be near people, but Toby is different. We just have that special bond. I mean I like him a lot more than the others, but I don't think I like him like that. Do I? And if I do, would he like me back? It doesn't matter though because we work together. Walter would never approve of us anyways....i turn to Toby and see him sleeping. I smile to myself and cover him with a blanket. As I turn around to get some food, I see Paige and Ralph looking at me with goofy smiles. 

"You like him, don't you?" They say in unison.

"Me? No...um...maybe?" "I don't know what to do right now. What if Walter finds out?" I ask concerned. Not good.
