Kyle was pacing around his study, debating with himself if he should call Jessica and Amanda. Guilt and regrets haunted him every day and night. He was angry with himself for being a jerk. He wished he could had the courage to pick up the phone and speak to Jessica or Amanda. But the scene that happened reminds him that it had done enough damages to a woman he used to love or maybe he still love, and also his daughter may not feel comfortable to hangout with him after that day.

It's four in the afternoon, Kyle threw another sketch into the trash, he could not drew the right sketch for his project which due next week, his kept him boiling. His phone rang and he actually hope it was Jessica or Amanda. But it will never be true. He must be insane. He looked at the display, it was Linda, he rejected the call straight and don't bother. He had told her to give him so space and time but it seems that she do nit understand. He received numerous of texts all day long that frustrated him. He switched off the phone and drove out without it to his favourite hangout.

He reached the little suburban town, memories flowed through his mind, the time he spent here with Jessica, every seconds, every moment reminded him, Jessica had already done a great job as a wife but all he had done was hurt her. He came to the country style store which filled with the aroma of chocolate.

He was greeted by a mid thirty lady who seems to be the Mrs Stella's granddaughter, he and Jessica used to be Mrs Stella's customers. She was the one who witnessed the proposal to Jessica. She was a pretty and kind old lady. The mid thirty lady later introduced herself as Melinda.

"Good evening. You must be Kyle, are you getting some chocolate for your wife?" Melinda smiled.

Before he could asked how she knew about him, Melinda told him her grandmother used to tell her about this sweet young couple who was her regular customers before they left to the City.

He remembered once, Mrs Stella had asked them to take a picture and let her kept that. That must be why Melinda knew him.

He told the fact about the separation, and bought a box of their favourite dark chocolate home. Despite the fact, this does not disappointed Melinda as in her eyes they will always be the ones together. She assured him that if he start a new,she is sure that Jessica will forgive him.

It is too late to turn back, the damages had done could not take back. Cursing at himself, he went home searching for what his heart really felt.

Does he still love Jessica? He thought.
