YES! I'm so glad I could post this so early after finishing the other. I might change the title later on, but for now it's 'Seek the Unknown'. I'm so exited! I'm going to follow the story line, maybe a few extra arc's and stuff. I want to continue this story way to the end, not going to miss a thing. And I'm so exited for when Kaiya's involed in the Fourth Great Shinobi War! I of course have a lot of ideas and things you didn't expect so.... ENJOY! Vote, feedback, and PLX comment and I give dedications away to cool commenters or people who keep commenting! And it's comments because I can't keep up with votes....sry. Also! If you want romance just say so and who you want it to be with! THX! Oh and pic is the one and only Kaiya!

“We need the Tail Beasts; they’re the only way to revive the Ten Tails. And with the Ten Tails…we’ll be able to revive this world.” A deep and dark voice said, sending chills through my back. I don’t know where I was, but so far as I could see, I was underground with a massive, ugly looking statue with a bandana-looking over its face with nine eyes on it. It looked as if it was made from stone, but I have the feeling that’s not all it was. It had both hands up and I saw ten clouded figures on each finger. There was no light in the room so I couldn’t see any faces or examine the statue any further. I thought back to what the voice said. It wasn’t anywhere near familiar, but the words shook fear in me. Ten Tails…revive the world… My hand instantly went to my left hip where my Chi-Ken lay. However, as I made that movement, all the figures turned to me. The only thing I could see of them was their eyes. I looked over them. One had two eyes of Sharingan…one had only one eye of Sharingan…and one other had two eyes of Rinnegan. No doubt about it now… it’s the Akatsuki. I let my Chi-Ken slide back into its holder and took one step back, wary. There are either three thoughts running through their mind. 1, it’s that traitor, 2, she’s back, 3, it’s that annoying kid again. It might be something else but that’s all I can think of that moment. If I looked at their figures now I could make out all of them. The only difference was that Orochimaru had left, actually in fact when I was with the Akatsuki two years ago and I met him, he was only there to pick something up, he wasn’t a part of the Akatsuki. I did hear that he was some time before that apart of them, but not at that time. And the other difference was I saw a new figure. He had a mask on as far as I could see and one Sharingan through it. But the look in his eye…it was frightening. Like he was mentally planning my death. Probably what he was doing.

“Hoi! It’s that kid again, un!” Deidara exclaimed and I sweat dropped. See? What did I tell you?

“The Gaki.” Kisame said with a glare and I rolled my eyes before realization hit me like a ton of bricks. How’d I get here? Before I could ask it out loud, each figure disappeared after the next, and then the statue was gone as well, leaving me alone in the darkness. Two years ago I would’ve freaked out because of how much it reminded me of the nights at A.N.G., but now? Well…now I welcome it. I’ve been training with Ibiki-sensei for two years, meaning I’ve seen blood more than you can count, actually in fact… I was the one who caused the blood spills. I also became an interrogator, but one like Ibiki-sensei who works mental. I’ve been inside a lot of minds, and a lot of them were…dark, dark, dark. I examined my surroundings, looking for anything that indicated it wasn’t what I thought it was. I sighed. It was, I was trapped in a genjutsu. But not a normal one it seems….or is it really genjutsu? Maybe it’s-

But of course, my thoughts got interrupted when the ground shook and pieces of the ground broke and fell, fell into what looked like white light. How wonderful. So before I could devise a plan of some sorts, I fell as well.

I awoke with a jerk and jumped up, only to realize I was still in Ibiki-sensei’s office. I sighed in relief before my mind went to confusion and question. Why was I asleep at Ibiki-sensei’s desk? I looked outside to see it was daytime. But I could’ve sworn I… I thought back to the events of last night. I interrogated a Konoha traitor and then… hm. I guess I must’ve exhausted myself so Ibiki-sensei let me sleep here for the night. What a nice guy…when he wants to be, which is rare.

“Hey! Is that you Naruto?! When’d you get back to the village?” I heard the loud voice of Sakura and I looked out of the window to see her, but along with Naruto, Jiraiya and three new genins. I shrugged. So he’s back? Has it really been two years? Hm…I’m going to have to go back I guess. See two years ago Ibiki-sensei took me out of Team Gai to train with him and he took me along on all the missions he went on, regardless of the rank. So I’ve seen the world and been on many S-rank missions. But the agreement said that when Naruto returns I’ll go back to Team Gai because I’m still young and crap. Oh and would you believe it? I’m a Jonin. Neji’s not the only one on this team who’s a Jonin, mwaha. But of course I’m a Tokubetsu Jonin, because I specialise in this branch. Call me a second Ibiki, his legacy or whatever. But I can tell, missions are going to get interesting. A knock on the door interrupted me from watching as Sakura beat up Naruto because of his…perverted jutsu.

“Um, enter?” I was a little uneasy because if you haven’t realized, this isn’t my office. I spend a lot of time here, but it’s still not mine. I looked to see one of the Chunin that works here at the Intelligence Division, enter the room. He bowed at me. Yeah… two years ago Ibiki-sensei told them all to be rough on me to get me stronger and now apparently I’ve earned all their trust and admiration. Kinda cool sometimes…

“Naruto Uzumaki has returned.” He told me and I nodded.

“I saw…I’ll confront Lady Tsunade later on.” He nodded, bowed, and left. After he left I sighed in annoyance before an evil grin plastered its self onto my face. I’ma freak the hell out of Team Gai, aren’t I?
