Hey dull eyes, leave my mind.

The first time I saw him was on the street, on the way home from college, his hair looked smooth as silk and wisped in the soft winter breeze, he looked as though every little snowflake that was falling were purposely avoiding him as to not ruin his fancy looking attire but what really struck me, and is the main reason he has left and imprint on my brain is... his eyes, to me, saw the world in monochrome.
I arose from my sickening slumber, sweat trickling down forehead, I placed a hand to my cheek and looked to the window, it was still dark out but the moon glistened through providing a slight bit of light, just enough to make out the trees, the buildings and my window sill stacked with picture frames, some yet to be filled with cherish memories.
I shook my head and took a deep breath, I glanced at the little cat-shaped alarm clock, to my dismay it read 5:47..
"Class starts at 7.... " my mind was pondering this over but I interrupted my own thoughts only to lay my head down and fall back into the world that I wish I could stay in.
7 am
I shot up as the ear piercing sound of chimes at a range of pitches sliced through my room. Reluctantly I placed my feet outside the comfort of my warm bed and onto the cold, chilling, wooden floor boards, and with a loud smack, I turn the alarm clock off, feeling a little disheartened to look back in case of seeing a  little kitty staring up at me from broken pieces on my bedside dresser. So I continued on and walked to the bathroom just across from my room. The air was cold. And his face, still on my mind. After the steaming shower I felt more awake, more alive, I threw on my plaid skirt and blue blazer before glancing at the white winter wonderland that lay outside, "its cold again, better dress warm if i stand any chance against mother nature today" I thought as I took my white woolen scarf and placed it around my neck, then slipped on a black pair of gloves. I combed my hair, put on my shoes and grabbed my satchel. I stopped in front of the mirror and stared while placing a strand of coal colored hair behind my ear, the light flickered and danced like waves in the dark blue ocean that was my eyes.. Why didn't his dance? Where was the life in his eyes?
I sighed and made my way out into the street which had now been covering in a blanket of snow and was only getting more so.
Step by step i made my way through the street, the crunch of frosted flakes beneath my feet reverberating with each step, the street was nearly empty and the only few people to be seen were setting up stalls or heading out to work. I liked the quite, peaceful mornings that took place in this town of Laeyvalley that I had come to call Home.
I stared up at the cloudy Grey sky, snowflakes gently landing on my already pale skin. Just as my I slowly brought my head down to reality my eyes once again met with those of the guy who has consumed my thoughts, for what reason I do not know entirely.
And at that moment, my heart thumped in my chest and all my current thoughts blew clean out of my mind along with the strong breeze that swept past, forcing my few  hair strands to dance across my face. He stared into my soul, and what happened next, I will never forget.
