Starting Again

Chapter 2

Olivia's POV

The only reason I got moved to Moonsbridge High is because my parents divorced and my mum decided to move house. I hate my mum. She is one of those people that just don't care if a child is rubbish at school or is a great student. I take after my dad. Thank God. I am quite smart and I am kind hearted. Basically it's my mum's fault that my parents divorced.

I looked into my locker again and took my hand wipes to start cleaning my locker. After I cleaned my locker I got my jotters and started to walk to the library where only people that have no friends go. yep I am one of these people. I tried to make friends with some of them but they mostly ignored me. I wanted to start again. Have a new school. New friends. But it just failed. But I am not giving up.

This new girl walked into the library and she waved to me. I sat there looking puzzled but she started laughing. She came over and said her name was Alice. I think this is my chance to have a best friend. It turns out that she is in my class. I felt like I was going to explode with happiness. I found a friend!!!

The bell rang and there was a huge crowd of people pushing and shoving each other like there is some sale in the market. I walked with Alice up to class and I sat down in my seat.

I looked to my right and found Michael staring at me. I smiled he smiled back! Finally I found the way to friendship!!!
